Would definitely use again
The coordination with the company is easy and the travel coordinators are very responsive to questions. The flights were great and the hotels were awesome. Even when we were at our destination yesgetaways.com were still involved and responsive.

Lots of vacation destinations and well-priced getaways to choose from...looking for our next one already :)
Email communication was prompt and efficient - the booking & payment process was also smooth. We had a few very minor adjustments on our flight times before we left but nothing major - all 4 flights were flawless. The hotel we selected couldn't have been in a better location; we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Malta!

Trip Customization to Perfection!
Frederico was an amazing travel consultant to have as we planned our trip to Malta. He was so patient as we made many location changes and inquiries. 10 out of absolute 10 to YES Getaways for managing/booking/handling/corresponding/informing me of my visa application AND following through on it/looking after me/advise/and the main kicker being the price of my exemplary, amazing, wonderful trip half way across the world - Bali - Toronto - round trip..the cost ....it was a STEAL...on top of that I went Solo...we all know at least 800$ is added for Solo Occupancy anywhere in the world. We loved our trip to Sardinia. Hotels were great, and car rental was a bit of a challenge since it was offsite, but after that it was nice and easy. The locations included in the trip were all wonderful and unique and we just loved the ease of travelling with yesgetaways.

Walking tours were outstanding. Food was terrific. People were friendly and English language was everywhere.

Wonderful Porto Trip with Yes Getaways
We had a wonderful Porto Discovery trip with Yes Getaways and would definitely travel with them again. Our hotel was exactly what we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a family suite.
All of our tours and guides were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the small group sizes. I was also very impressed with how well Yes Getaways communicated my food allergy and our special requests to the different service providers.
The only area for improvement would be the airport transfer coordination. Our return pickup was scheduled later than it should have been, making our arrival at the airport rushed. However, when we contacted the transfer provider, they were very responsive and helpful.
Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and were very happy with the hotel, tours and customer service. We would absolutely use Yes Getaways again.

Everything was seamless from the time of booking to questions along the way. All of my inquiries were answered in a timely manner and with great care. The staff were amazing to work with. I loved the reminders that included documentation as we got closer. The visa reminder was also much appreciated. The value for this holiday was great.
