Married 17 years and our first trip alone together. AMAZING!
With the exception of a missing train car (nothing to do with this agency), this was a wonderful experience! We have never used an agency/itinerary trip like this before, and we don't speak the languages of any of the countries we visited, but we found this an easy trip to navigate! We loved Prague best and were more than happy to end on that note. I wish I had read books on each city first, and I wish I had attended to maps a little more so I knew how far our hotels were from everything, as we walked everywhere. But this vacation was definitely worth every penny!

Adriana was quick to respond whether I contacted her by email or WhatsApp. It seemed that she worked beyond her normal working hours to get our package booked. We have traveled with Yes Getaways several times. We appreciate the packages they are able to offer especially because they are cheaper than airfare alone to the places they serve.

BAIT AND SWITCH (25% Price Increase)
BAIT AND SWITCH. I signed up for a travel package to Hawaii for $599 after receiving heavy advertising for this offer. They sent me a text saying they would hold my reservation until payment is made. I planned to pay in the morning since my wallet was in my car. Less than 24 hours later (the next morning), the price increased to $749 per person. I called customer support and they said there was nothing they could do. This is a clear bait and switch tactic. Advertise one price, then increase it once someone is interested. If this review is still up, it means Yes Gateways did nothing to make this right. Terrible customer service and ethics.
I will remove this review if the offer that was advertised is honored.

Everything was very easy. I had issues with my card and ended up needing to speak to someone and they were very knowledgeable helped me quickly and emailed me follow up information. When I had an additional question via email I got a quick response. Very happy so far. (Have not traveled yet)
