The package was well planned
The package was well planned. The hotels were great. We had a problem with the airport/hotel transfers and the issue was immediately resolved. This was our 3rd trip and have referred many friends/family who have also booked trips.

Efficient and patient agent with my phone reservation. The price was great. I was a bit skeptical due to the price for 9 nights resort hotel, transfers and airflights all for not much more than the cost of the airflight had I booked it myself.
