Very good customer service

The device is unobtrusive and quite comfortable to wear. I have (fortunately) not needed to call for assistance, but the call centre answers very promptly , is friendly, and gives confidence that an emergency would be efficiently dealt with.

Confidence boosting but I think it is good to use it as it suits you. , always keeping it close by when no one is with you , and charging up when there is someone around.

I have a wrist watch alarm which i wear daily in case i fall i have not tried it yet so i hope it works if and when i fall, i'll keep my fingers crossed and hope i won't need it.

Always there when I need it. I. Havnt used the emergency button yet .
I have used the blood pressure button which I have very useful.

Living on my own, this gives me peace of mind knowing I can call for help if needed. When I accidentally activated the alarm and felt very embarrassed about it, staff were very kind and understanding.

They noticed when I had not switched back on after forgetting to recharge the battery, emailing me to remind me how to switch back on after recharging. They recommend doing a regular trial call. The person the other end of the phone couldn't be more helpful. I haven't yet needed to call in a crisis but feel confident that help would be at hand.

I purchased 2 alarms for my parents who are more or less housebound. It helps me knowing that if one or the other falls or requires help they are easily able to make contact with me through the YourStride service. The people who answer the calls are so professional and speak very clearly which is great as my parents are deaf. The service we have received so far has been brilliant and with a discount for 2 devices and paying in full it works out so much better.
The only issue is the battery life which only seems to last about 2 days but I receive an email telling me which one is off so I can easily remind my parent to charge it. Also as the watch is not waterproof it can’t be worn in the shower.

It's early days, but so far I have found the battery lasts well and the people at YourStride are friendly and understanding.
