My dealings with the company have also been excellent so far.

The watch has a clear dial. Easy to illuminate. I have inadvertently caused the team to call me about three times. The team quickly called me to investigate. I have confidence that if I fall, my needs will be met. My only complaint is the rubber strap. It gets sweaty and the bracelet will not stay in place and flaps about.

So easy to wear the watch and have it with me all the time to speak through.
If it says a fall is detected which hasn't actually happened it's easy to cancel the call by pressing the button, before someone answers.
The team are very friendly and understanding of needs.

Easy to set up and use. Gives a great reassuring feeling that I am not alone and I feel able to do more because of it.

Very knowledgeable staff when telephoned. No hard selling. Given time to make your own decision. Once ordered came very quickly. Given choice whether to add a ‘fall’ extra on the watch so even if I’m out it will pick up if I fall over and call for help. Slight increase in monthly payment but worth it. Would recommend them to anyone.

The watch is good but would be nice in white.also a variety of strap lengths would be an advantage. I have to have it on the last hole so have a lot of spare. I love the fact that it is impossible to activate it by accident.

Having my Stride is giving me the confidence to be a little more mobile, knowing I can get help if I need it.

Setting up very easy - seems to work perfectly. I'm not hugely pleased with the strap but hopefully I'll get used to it.

Always a quick response, very helpful and friendly. The system is relatively inexpensive compared to others and they are able to respond to any request for help wherever you are, not just in the home.

Peace of mind at home and away. Watch is easy to operate and quite attractive. It feels secure on the wrist. I recommend the “Fall detection” add on. Help is easily available from customer service. I definitely recommend the YourStride Alarm watch.
