Pathetic service , worst customer services representatives.
They will not deliver on time the Emirates ID even what ever is your situation without ID they will never help you.
I will suggest to the GDRFA please chose another couriers services.

Prolonged Delay in delivering my EID was totally unacceptable. 3 business days as their promises never happened and today it’s the 6th working days . Called them 5 times so far as on the third day no delivery and they have been telling me : sorry sir tomorrow ,since then. They left me with no EID and my bank account is now temporarily frozen as my deadline was 2days ago . We expect authorities to look into such matters as the original EID is a crucial document and its delivery system must be very organized and on time .

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I was informed that EID delivery would take three days after confirming my location, yet it has now been over ten days with no delivery and no communication whatsoever. It is truly baffling that a government agency would rely on a service this unreliable.

Absolute disrespect to their customers!
From Monday 16th to Thursday 19th every day different excuses and different informations I was provided, as well as they just lie saying that we took a note on your request in fact they never took any note.

Such a disappointment!

Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars. Stay far away from this company and retrive your ID yourself, it will be faster, cheaper and much less stressful.

Very worst experience from the delivery guys.Even there approach towards the customers is very bad.Especially abudhabi office.

Extremely Disappointed with Zajel’s Service!!!
My experience with Zajel has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. They were supposed to deliver the Emirates ID, and the shipment was issued on May 29, with a clear commitment to deliver it within 3 business days. Today is June 11, and I still haven’t received the package.
I have called their customer service for the past four consecutive days, and every single time I’ve been told the same thing: “You will receive the delivery tomorrow.” These repeated empty promises and lack of follow-through are unacceptable.
This isn’t just a minor delay — it’s a serious failure to meet even the most basic service expectations. When dealing with important government documents, reliability and accountability are critical, and unfortunately, Zajel has demonstrated neither.

This company takes no responsibility whatsoever. My ID card is supposedly out for delivery, but never arrives, and the people on the support line are happy to lie to my face. I asked when my card will be delivered and once again they lie saying I am guaranteed to receive it at 6pm. Once again 6pm is here and I have not received my delivery. When I call to say I am willing to meet the courier literally anywhere in Dubai, at his convenience they simply tell me they cannot contact him, cannot share his contact details with me, and simply cannot help me. A courier is supposed to deliver a package, but they can't even let me pick it up anywhere that is convenient to the courier.

Every extra day here in Dubai I spend more money on hotels waiting for this to be resolved and no progress is made.

What an absolute joke.

I would give this company 0 stars if it was possible. How this company is even in business is beyond my comprehension.

After waiting for 5 days, the tracking status showed my Emirates ID was "Out for Delivery," but it was never delivered. To make matters worse, they falsely updated the status to "Attempted Delivery" even though no one contacted me and no delivery attempt was actually made. This is highly irresponsible, especially for important documents like an Emirates ID. Their lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.

Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Delay from this Zajel. I am very disappointed with the courier service handling the delivery of my Emirates ID. The delivery was expected by last week, but it has been significantly delayed with no clear updates or communication from the company.

This ID is a vital document, and the lack of urgency and transparency is unacceptable. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but the responses have been vague and unhelpful. It's frustrating and stressful to be left waiting indefinitely for something so important.

I sincerely hope the company improves its logistics and communication, especially for government-issued documents. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Zajel delivery is not delivered on time and when zajel delivery is out of delivery guy is not call or any msg he will did fake attempt and when I request to customer service to make a reattempt due to fake attempt he said it's not possible you will wait for next 3 day This is the worst courier service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t know how to deal with customers they refused, and now it takes another three days just to reschedule. This is extremely frustrating.If I can give them a zero rating ,I absolutely would.

ZAJEL was once a reputable company, but it has now become a nightmare to deal with, marked by complete unprofessionalism. It seems the management or staff has changed. My ID was delivered to the wrong address. After receiving a message stating that the card had been delivered to ZAJEL, I got a WhatsApp message saying I’d be contacted upon the shipment’s arrival. I took time off work to collect it, only to be shocked that the shipment was delivered to someone I don’t know.

This is the worst courier service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t know how to deal with customers. The delivery was delayed—even though they said it was out for delivery, they actually came two days later when I wasn’t available to collect it. When I asked them to come the next day, they refused, and now it takes another three days just to reschedule. This is extremely frustrating.If I can give them a zero rating ,I absolutely would.

Very poor service i have ever encountered in dubai. They have no concern for their customers. I travelled without my emirates ID which is supposed to be deliver two weeks before my traveling date as per the message received from these guys.
With lots of follow up and request no immediate action was taken from them and left me to face the consequences of traveling without having the emirates ID.
And they didn’t allow me as well to collect the ID from their office which is located near abu hail in dubai.
Worst experience…..

My son had to travel without the Emirates ID thanks to the staff inefficiency of Zajel
They just message and ask for address and after giving the staff says not his area and goes off..then why
do u charge heavy fees .
You are supposed to call me before coming not message as I can't check my messages while driving

what do u think .we are simply sitting waiting to get the item daily with no
other work to do

From 5th April they are searching for an address which is in the main road and heart of the city.
They don't want to deliver.
Mind you I won't come to collect IT..you have to deliver or else I will take action against you
Are we jobless?.
If you can't do service Close the place..always you were like that and still not improved.
It's 4th day today and they day again the operation team didn't take it..
Useless Company

Should be actually negative points as they don’t deserve even a 1 star to be honest.

They promise delivery after 2 days between 9-6 (so for two days you better be at the address given to them). If you ask them to tell you a specific day they can’t.

However they don’t show up after 2 days and if you call to inquire they escalate the issue and tell you escalation takes two days and we are sorry it was our mistake due to operational issues.

So now you just have no idea when your package will arrive.

If you aren’t there when they arrive then God help you or if you call them they can give you an option go to their office to pick it up yourself. Isn’t that brilliant? How considerate?

What I don’t understand is how does such a company gets to deliver important documents.

Anyway not that any of this is going to make a difference.

But atleast I can write it here, as it makes me feel lighter, and hopefully it won’t irritate my mind more that some company took money for a service that they will provide at their own convenience, at their own time, and test our patience with their behavior & service.

Choose them if you want to wait forever till you receive your package or have the ability to go pick it up if you prefer to avoid the torture.

Worst service.. never choose this courier because the executives will put miss call and they will mention client will not taking call, this is my direct experience and also customer service said you will get your things today but after two days also will not get it.
So that people are very care about this courier team...

Worst courier service I ever experienced. Very poor customer service, continuous mistakes without any consideration to impact on customer. Simply they expect customer to be hanging waiting for the driver to show up without any delivery window and eventually they failed following Simpl instructions and deliver to wrong address...very careless, poor service, do not recommend...you should avoid to use if yiu have other option.

Poor service standards - 5 days for a Dubai to Dubai service delivery is like a postal service masquerading as a courier service. They do not provide a delivery time slot or the cell of the courier. In-person collections take over 24 hours to arrange. Unbelievably inefficient for a Dubai Government service when everything with the Dubai Government otherwise operates like clockwork.
