This is a Chinese site and I don't speak much Chinese but I have learnt that the word LEATHER means PLASTIC in Chinese. You will not get LEATHER boots.

Can not given even a 1 star on this company. I wish I read the trustpilot review before purchasing my shoes. Totally awful. Different shoes on advertisement and the quality is so poor. I want to return. The settled 30% refund and keep the shoes. Still not satisfied the out come.

The boots were far too big and nothing like the leather ones on the website. They are thin plastic with no support. Strange considering they are billed as orthopaedic boots. I tried to return the boots and get a refund. They said I could keep them and get a small percentage refund. I pointed out that they were of no use to me as they doesn’t fit. They suggested I donate them to charity. In the end after lots of emails they offered me a 70% refund or else I could damage them, send a photo and get a full refund! I did not believe that they would honour this and I’d be left with damaged boots so will donate to charity. What a ridiculous way to do business. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company. Brought a pair of shoes which didn’t fit correctly. Tried to send them back and they refused only offer a £18 refund or told me to damage the shoes and then they could possibly refund in full.
Damage shoes really?
Customer services is terrible and I will never use them again and highly recommend no one else does.

Zealbonn should not be trading with people in the UK.
I ordered a pair of shoes UK size 11. I was expecting an EU size 45/46, instead they sent an EU size 44 UK size 9.5.
When I asked for a refund and returned I was told I had ordered the wrong size.
They offered me a 20% refund to be put on my account to be used buy other things from the Zealbonn company.
I told them I would give the shoes to charity.
The quality of the shoes are poor.
They don't look as good as the picture on their website.

The shoes were substandard, and did not even fit my foot. The material was supposed to be leather, they were not cheap, so I assumed real leather as stated in product description, but the straps were plastic. I made them aware of the problem within their 30 day refund policy, they agreed to give me return information within a couple of days and didn't. Then a month later, they offered me a 30% refund, which I have now accepted as it is 'better than nothing'. Fraudulent marketing, substandard shoes, fraudulent return policy.
I'll be honest, I thought it was a German company due to their name and expected good quality. It was only when I got the receipt that I realised some writing was in Chinese and the 20 days delivery time. I will research companies in future prior to purchasing. This is why people use Amazon, as they back their customers and suppliers.

I wish I looked at trustpilot first!! Absolute lies, theses are not orthopaedic! The soles are rock hard. Smaller than usual sizing. And when I asked to return them, they wanted photos of me wearing the trainers I cannot get my feet into! Their website claims ‘hassle free returns’
All their pictures and reviews on the website are false. No customer has posted a review after 2024 neither did it let me upload my honest review.
Something is way off.

Fantastic. I ordered waterproof boots as I needed some as a student. When they arrived the fit was perfect and they where very comfortable. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and told customer service and Cathy promptly changed my order so I got the correct pair I wanted. Haven't tested the functionality yet but they look great 😃

Very disappointed in quality of shoe, ordered two pairs to take advantage of delivery charge. Made in China, so need I say more? Stitching of tongue to shoe is minimal, also lining inside shoe is not stitched down. No support inside show, says they're orthopaedic, but hard as nails. Quality of shoe is generally very cheap looking.

Very disappointed, I ordered 5 pairs, they are not wide enough, they are not orthopaedic, one is listed as leather and it most definitely isn't , very very disappointed and strangely enough, they don't ask for feedback, I wonder why!!!

Nothing like item advertised, meant to be orthopeadic, cheap plastic, not support, bent and twisted plastic, sole slippyy shiny plastic no grip, could not even get my foot into shoe too small, straight in the bin, rubbish.

Poor quality shoes. No resemblance to the correct size. Smells strongly of glue. Terrible packaging. No information on how to get refund. I wish I had researched this company before ordering. Also took 3 weeks to arrive.

The quality of the shoes I ordered was NOTHING like the ones pictured, they stink of glue, are sized incorrectly, and are nothing like orthopedic shoes. Completely ripped off, and feel so upset by being conned by this horrible deceiptful company. AVOID buying anything. A total sham.

Another Chinese scam company.
Do not order anything from these people.
The sandals I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive, they are utter rubbish and totally unwearable. They were not cheap either.
I wish I had done more research into Zealbonn.

Shoes were no good at all wouldn't give refund unless I cut them up. Word of help....items have to be unfit for purpose if you want refund.they even sent picture of how to cut them up.. make sure you make items unfit for use.brake them if you have to...then tell them you want refund.. threaten with TradingStandards

I'm still waiting for my purchase to arrive after two long weeks wanted to contact the company without any sussec if they will deliver at my address and I'm not satisfied we'll never order again 🙃

I purchased a pair of gloves for my partners who plays golf, these gloves were suppose to aid his game by keeping his hands warm. When they arrived they were totally unsuitable, I requested a refund, silly me, I should have checked company first, they do nothing but gives excess, typical chinese company, absolute rubbish

Like others, products from this company are nothing like advertised, of low quality, nothing like the pictures or description, and take forever to come. They do appear (so far) to respond to email requesting return and refund. They offered me a 20% refund and suggested I donate the shoes to charity. I suspect they have no logistics for the (many) returns they will receive. Don’t order from here.
