Like others, products from this company are nothing like advertised, of low quality, nothing like the pictures or description, and take forever to come. They do appear (so far) to respond to email requesting return and refund. They offered me a 20% refund and suggested I donate the shoes to charity. I suspect they have no logistics for the (many) returns they will receive. Don’t order from here.

I ordered a car phone holder from zealburst over a month ago, and never received it. They send a tracking which shows it never left italy.

Honesty would be a start. The item ordered was nothing like the picture online, online it looked Chunky warm and well made. So disappointed when it arrived, it wasn’t well made, it wasn’t chunky and well not what was expected, also not true to size. I’ve bought better on other sites for a third of the price. If I could give this site less than 1 I would. Keep away from it items are rubbish

I never received my package. I contacted them several times. Asked for a refund and never got one. Terrible!

ONLY A 20% REFUND!

I ordered a pair of shoes which looked great on their website. There was no indication that this is not from a UK company. I had to make contact after placing the order because despite opting for a UK size 9 when I checked the placed order for some reason it had changed to size 6. I emailed and recieved a very quick response assuring me they would send the correct size - which they did - eventually! After three and a half weeks the shoes arrived in a plastic bag. It was immediately obvious that the quality of the leather - if that is what it was - was of a very inferior quality and was crushed and badly creased. I emailed again and sent pictures of the shoes. By this time I had accepted that this was not going to work out and as the price had not been too high I decided to just chalk it up to experience. They did offer a 10% refund which I received but the whole experience was to say the least not good. I would not advise anyone to use this company. Buyer beware!!

Do not use this company. The boots they sent me look like something out of a dress up set and are completely misshapen, totally plastic, have no laces and are nothing like the boots advertised. I have paid £34 for something that would not even appear in a charity shop. I have requested a refund but see that many others have done the same. Completely defective goods and miss-selling by the company.

It wasn't clear where I was ordering from. Took ages to arrive (orthopedic walking trainers) and when they did.....the quality is awful. They're not worth £30.... I'd have felt robbed if I'd paid £10. Orthopedic to this company is merely a word. Avoid at all costs.

Waited nearly a month for the shoes, and then really difficult when requesting a return and refund. These people should be avoided.

Their sizes aren't true. I have orders size 10 and the shoes and flipflop are at least 2 sizes smaller. There is cannot say anything about the quality. The company do not want to issue a refund but offering me 20% discount instead. Why would anybody keep small shoes! Also I never reviewed any confirmation email, no order number so they make it very difficult to request a refund. Also, it took ages to arrive. About 3 weeks. Do not but anything from Zealbonn!

The items didn't arrive and I had a weird message. When I discovered they had taken payment but not dispatched anything, I contacted them cancelling the order, requesting a refund. The refund came through really quickly so although I'd had to cancel the order, I was impressed by the speed of refund.

I could not give zero. There is no indication that goods are coming from China before you order.

I would encourage everyone not to order from Zealbonn. I totally agree with all the negative reviews. They seem to send whatever size they have and not what you have ordered. The QR code does not work. A scam from start to finish. It may be nigh impossible to get my refund.

Waited many weeks for delivery. Shoes are very cheaply made and rough on my feet. Asked for refund. Only offered 20% refund and told to keep shoes , so makes me £48 pounds out of pocket! Complete rip off. Don't buy from these robbers!!!

I bitterly regret not reading the reviews before purchasing from this company. I ordered shoes UK size 10 but received shoes sized 43 which is UK size 9. Needless to say I cannot get them on. The company have offered me 20% off my next purchase which is a totally inadequate response and I would not purcahse from them again anyway.

I purchased a pair of German progressive reading glasses I told them my age and they sent me a +4 size I can't read close up and I can't see distance everything is a blur I would be better looking through milk bottles I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company.

Its certainly a scam retailer as item is not as described and certainly not operating from the UK. No returns shipping label included from this China based retailer despite advertising as hassle free returns. I have requested for a full refund and waiting for their response. Reading all the reviews now after I made the stupid mistake of purchasing from them I would like to kick myself very hard. I will be going to my credit card company for advise as item is not as described, of unacceptable quality & misrepresented. I have certainly been scammed.

The shoes bear absolutely NO resemblance to the website. They are not leather. They look like they cost 25p to make. And getting a refund was a nightmare. I was offered 30% refund, then 50% and finally £20.99 which i took as i just wanted to wash my hands of this whole episode. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Zealbonn arguing that 43 = 10 uk- more like 7/8 uk. offering 20% refund. TERRIBLE PEOPLE - CHINA NOT UK.

Not obvious [to a pensioner] that it is a Chinese company hence ordered in error. Currently negotiating return as is my right in UK law, initial offer 20% refund. Poor quality goods which aren't compliant with UK law [shoes with no materials info / pictogram]. AVOID!!!
