this company is a scam, i have been arguing through emails for 3 days trying to get an address to send my trainers back to, they refuse to give an address, the trainers look great but are too small, i was happy to pay the postage but still could not get an address.
they are now trading under the name stunahome. please be aware if there is a problem, you will not get your money back.

Do not touch them! I ordered a size 40 my usual fit and although they say they are a 40 they do not fit at all! Tried to ask for a refund and so far been offered 25% then 50% credit, no refund. They keep arguing even though it states on their web site full refunds given.
I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing.

I recently ordered two pairs of shoes from Zealbonn, selecting UK size 10 wide fitting. One pair was impossible to get on my feet, and the other painfully squeezed my toes. What followed was an infuriating back-and-forth with their customer service. They insisted on photos to prove the problem, then suggested I keep the shoes for a mere 25% refund. When I declined, they offered 50% and advised donating the shoes to avoid return costs. How is that convenient? Finally, they offered a full refund only if I damaged the products and sent pictures of the damage. I attached photos of my mum and daughter, who both have smaller feet, and the shoes fit them snugly, proving the size issue. As a completely unsatisfied customer, I can say I will never buy from this company again. Their "no hassle returns policy" is a joke and needs to be scrapped.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Zealbonn. I take size nine and a half normally but ordered size 10.
The shoes arrived quite promptly and well packaged, but were clearly made on a last much smaller than normal UK lasts. I could barely squeeze my feet into the shoes, still less consider walking in them.
Although the website promises 'hassle-free returns. 30 day postage paid returns' the process is anything but 'hassle-free'.
It involves emailing Zealbonn with photographs of each side of the product (which I do not quarrel with because shoes may have been worn and quite reasonably the company want to protect their interests).
Having sent the photographs and asked for details of the return process their first response was an offer of a 30% refund and a suggestion that I donate the shoes to charity.
I responded saying that I wished only to return the shoes and to order a replacement pair in a larger size.
Their second response was an offer of a 50% rebate and a suggestion that I give the shoes to a friend and 'spend the refund to purchase new things'.
In yet another email I stated that I just wanted to return the unusable shoes and that percentage refunds were of no interest to me.
There has been another flurry of emails back and forth (all extremely courteous on both sides), the next from them offering me a refund of £18.99 and pointing out to me that they 'have incurred a lot of losses in making this decision'; then encouraging me to donate the shoes to charity or give them to family or friends'.
In my reply I informed them that I contributed to multiple charities on a monthly basis and that I felt it inappropriate that I should be urged to be more philanthropic when I was simply trying to buy a pair of shoes that would fit.
Eventually, presumably when they realised that the only thing I was prepared to accept was a means of returning shoes that I couldn't wear, they offered me a refund of the full cost of the product, and to their credit this has been transferred to my account very quickly.
The episode has therefore cost me only their original shipping fee, and a lot of time communicating with them by email.
My experience casts doubt on the existence of any company mechanism or process to return unsuitable goods to Zealbonn.
I have simply stated the facts and leave you to draw your own conclusions and make your personal decisions on whether or not you believe it wise to purchase products from this company.

Wish I had checked the reviews before I placed my order on the 10th of this month. According to the web site, the order arrived in the UK on the 12th and then appears to have fallen into a "black hole". I can't send an e mail and I'm certainly not making a phone call. "If" this is a genuine company (doubtful) they need to sort their act out.

This is a shop for fakes. I ordered 2 Poldina lamps and expected the real things per images, but the lamps that were eventually delivered (from China, which is not disclosed) were inferior imitations. Zero avenue for complaint or leaving of negative reviews on their site.

A company that takes your money, then sends the wrong size and is not interested in doing anything except offer a small refund.
Iwould never use this firm again.

Scam they dont mention they are in China on their website that they are in China , my so called aid was useless , and just kept buzzing then stopped altogether , I complained , and their response was send a video ????? .

Would have given a 0 if I could. Ordered two pairs of shoes. Had to chase up delivery. When they arrived the shoes looked cheap and flimsy. One pair was the wrong size. No response to emails! Avoid the company

Bought a hearing aid 20/12. Arrived OK. Ceased working by middle Feb. Contacted Customer Service and got a load of rubbish. Bottom line is that it will not be replaced. Not happy. Buyers beware!!

ordered shoes weeks ago, never arrived. This company do not answer my emails, so can't get a refund, looks like a scam- BEWARE

I purchased a pair of shoes from this company. The parcel arrived with no delivery note inside, just the address label which had a return address on it.
The shoes smelled extremely strongly of glue, and proved too narrow for my feet (in fact I could not get them on) despite being advertised as "wide". I posted them back the same day to the return address, mainly to get rid of the smell.
Email correspondence with customer service gave me strict instructions for returns, which would have been much more helpful if they had been included in the parcel.

"We are sorry that the product did not satisfy you.
1. Explain the reason for the return;
2. Provide photos of the product, showing the front, sides, and bottom of the entire product.
Kind reminder: The address on the package manifest is not our return address. Please do not return the item without authorization. Otherwise, if the package is lost, we will not bear the loss."
Now - If the returns address is NOT the same as the one on the package, shouldn't there have been a delivery note in with the product, outlining the process? It would also have been possible to outline the requirements for returns in the email that was sent informing me that "All items of your order has been shipped."
Customer service now says that because I sent the parcel back to the returns address on the parcel, I "ignored" their stricter returns process, which they did not tell me about until I emailed to ask for a refund. How you can "ignore" something if you haven't been told about it? I have written-off the cost of the shoes and won't buy from this company again.

This appears to be a strange online retail company selling orthopaedic shoes, table lamps and other odd items.
They were one of only two companies that sold particular battery powered table lamps. I opted for this one because they offered slightly better reviews!
I am delighted with the two lamps I bought from them. I can switch from cool white to a yellow white to off on the base. They came well protected in the box and arrived very speedily. They also gave me a small discount.
I feel that I can trust this company despite some adverse other reviews.

The order defaulted to a different size shoe and have not been able to contact them - they request emails but do not answer. Their live chat does not work. I am waiting for satisfaction.

Do Not buy! They advertise named products then they deliver rubbish fake products, they are in China, and to try get a refund is hard, they barta offering so much not the full amount, they apparently have a business unit in uk, which when you investigate gives no info in the business name but the unit says 1 person I have reported to the trading standards and fraud , i will carry on until i get my money, i hate scammers

I wasn't sure where about this company was but I later found out , its in China & I wanted a bed for my daughters pet as he has anxiety from time to time so I had a look on other websites& it was dearer so I opted for this one. They kept me updated with my order which was placed on 15th November & it arrived today. Was very well packaged & delivered by Brian from evri who was very friendly.
