The ordering process was the best thing about this dreadful company. The shoes I ordered took over three weeks to arrive and were the wrong size when they arrived. They were so reluctant to offer a refund that they NEGOTIATED with me for several returns of email. They even gave me a sob story about how much of a loss they'd endured (not my problem!) so, knowing I was not going to get anywhere, I had to finally accept a partial settlement. Do NOT deal with this company!

I ordered a pair of bunion trainers for my wife, hoping they would ease the pressure on her foot on arrival they were so small she cannot even get her foot in them Zealbonn have been absolutely useless, they will not give a return address and have offered a 20% refund. Do not use this company they are a disgrace.

I was worried after I ordered after seeing other reviews, however shoes and sandals arrived 2 weeks after ordering in perfect order. Sandals are really comfortable and fit well and Barefoot Beck shoes fit well although I haven't walked much in them yet.
I did take note of their size guide and measured my feet by the centimeter before ordering - That worked well as I would usually order a 6 but went for a 7. (that's probably why I have bad feet). So far so good, I am looking to order some more

Ordered hearing aids - the were too large for the ear canal. The same problem as elsewhere. Was offered an increasing percentage of the cost but not 100%. Eventually contacted credit card company under disputed payments law. With their assistance I issued a final email asking Zealbonn to collect them from my home within 15 days. They have just offered full refund without a return so will offer the hearing aids to charity once the money is back in my account.

Terrible quality, plastic and too small. Definitely not orthopaedic Do not buy you will regret it

Awful quality shoes. They wouldn't even sell them on a market or pound store. Total rip off. Advertised as orthopaedic but as flat as flip flops. Shown as suede but actually a beige cloth. Do not buy!

I believe this company is a complete rip off. It says on the website that they will give a full money back 30 day refund if you are not satisfied with products. The shoes they sent were awful, the glue was still fresh! The 'cork' heal was not cork. They even sent the wrong size and still they want to argue about giving me a full refund.
There is no return address on the website to send things back to. I would not be surprised if this is just a front to harvest data from people. The products are terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Rubbish quality shoes not as described. Only refunded 50 percent . Offer started at 10 percent and after repeated complaints eventually increased to 50 . I'd lost the will to live so accepted 50. Hope prospective buyers will read these reviews before purchase. A seriously bad company . Be warned

They are just another company in China who lie about their products. Do not buy from them. I did finally get a refund from them but you have to be persistant.

Very disappointed. Definitely not wide toe box, no arch support, flimsy upper, plastic sole. Took 2 weeks to arrive. At least the colour was nice, so I gave 2 stars for that.

This company is based in China so they cannot be pursued in an English Court e.g. Small Claims Court. They take a long time to deliver goods if ever. They make it almost impossible to return goods even for a replacement size; they ask for photographs of the goods including when being worn even if the size is too small and you cannot get them on (in my case shoes). Doing business with this organisation is highly ill-advised. I have told them I will be submitting a negative review.

I order size ten shoes and have received size 9.
They were advertised as leather but the shoes I received are of poor quality and are not leather.

Appalling quality shoes, not real leather, size too small. Company will not accept return for refund, will only offer 30 percent discount. Do not buy from this company and spread the word to your networks. Should have researched company before wasting my money.

Please refrain from having anything to do with Zealbonn which is NOT a legitimate site, it is a Chinese rip off site and has nothing to do with the genuine Zealbonn that I can work out. They are con artists and attempting to rip anybody and Every body.

This So called Company should be taken to the Office of Fair Trading and taken down. On the website that to all intent and purposes is based in the UK, it appears to be a legitimate impressive site. It isn't. It is a Chinese scamming site that need to be held accountable and shut. Their products are NOT genuine and they barter with you when you complain?!! I am going to the Office of Fair Trading which is BRITISH!! NOT Chinese! Do Not spend a penny on these appalling people.

Absolute rubbish. Counterfeit Skechers from China. Didn't fit, synthetic material and immediately returned with proof of postage to UK address advised. No Refund. Contacted Royal Mail/Post Office they don't refund costs when item is not delivered if original supplier was from China. Zealbonn head office in Iceland, reported as skam.Everyone is a skammer !!

A complete fraud. I bought some boots described as 'Crafted from premium leather'. They are all man made - soles, uppers and linings. The markings inside confirm this (3 triangles).
I will now try and get a refund but I don't holdout much hope. Looks like the usual Chinese con.

The shoes came through too small, wanted a refund within 30days and the told me to damage the shoes and email photos to obtain a full refund!!
Still in talks and my bank said they can help after two weeks
