Impressed by the website and the price....FOOL. Ordered a pair of shoes on the 15th October 24. They arrived 2 weeks later. The bag had been ripped open and poorly resealed. On checking the shoes were of very thin "leather" and were far too small. I contacted their Customer service explaining the problem and requested a refund. They made several offers starting with from 5% then 10% then 20% never the full amount or even half. On the last mail I had to send photos of the shoes destroyed. I escalated my claim via PayPal and have been assured that I will get a full credit. Advice is ALWAYS CHECK OUT A COMPANIES REVIEWS BEFOER PARTING WITH YOUR CASH

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Tried to return shoes under the stated 30 day return policy as they were too small to match the stated size. The description of the shoes was also slightly misleading in my opinion. Anyway, after 13 emails pinging back and forth I eventually obtained a full refund having SAWN! the shoes in half and sending Zealbonn a photo of destroyed shoes.

I purchased some shoes as I have arthritis and the shoes were meant to be especially for arthritic knees. The shoes came and were a size too small, even though they were marked size 11. I contacted Zealbonn customer service who asked for photographs. I sent photographs which showed the shoes were a sze smaller than my other size 11 shoes.They replied by telling me that the sizing was correct and to wear thick socks!!! Do not deal with this company you will lose your money. I learned the hard way. Their customer service is non existent.

Do company research BEFORE buying. The market is now FLOODED with companies setting up 1 day and disappearing the next. NEVER DEAL WITH COMPANIES WHO AREN'T TRANSPARENT WITH THEIR REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS AND HAVE SO MANY T's & C's THAT YOU LOSE THE WILL TO LIVE.

I ordered some hearing aids, the money went out straightaway, there is no communication from the company, saying the have the order, or progression trail .

Ok people, let’s be clear, this NOT a scam site. However, be warned, you are dealing with a Chinese company, and as such, their products are the worst inferior copies I’ve seen. The company is not bound by our laws and UK standards, and so what you get is unlikely to bear any resemblance to what you are expecting.
I ordered a pair of shoes, they took 2 weeks to arrive, and when they did, they were flimsy and the wrong size, I’d say 2 sizes too small.
I asked for a refund, raising a complaint on the day of receipt, not expecting any reply. They replied the following day, very politely. So began the offers of keeping the shoes and a low refund etc. I stuck to my guns and the refund began to rise, eventually culminating in the full refund, provided I destroyed the shoes and sent photos.
The refunded the full amount within 3 days into my account.
My advice, don’t use them. If you need to get a refund, remember who you are dealing with. A different culture to us Brits, who will always politely haggle. So, be polite, stick to your demand for a full refund, giving the reasons why, even if you have to repeat. Don’t give up, I mean, what have you got to lose!!

Scammers Warning Do Not Use This Company .Asked for a refund for some shoes i orderd before they had been sent.No reply to my request.

I bought a number of pairs of sandals because firstly, they were supposedly orthopaedic, secondly they looked good and lastly they were on sale. There were other reasons but I ultimately thought I couldn't lose. My worries started when they took so long to arrive, prompting me to write an email to find out why. They arrived shortly after. Shock! They were nothing like the pictures. Not at all the leather look in the pictures on the site; the colour was different; the shoes are light and flimsy and poorly made. There is nothing orthopaedic about them. Return them I thought. Well after reading the returns policy could I stand the hassle? No! I've been had I guess. A lesson on checking sites out first. I couldn't - wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

When the shoes that I ordered arrived they were far too small. I wanted to return them but they told me not to. first they wanted me to take photos to prove they were too small and then suggested I added insoles to make them fit! They were too small!i Next they offered me a 20% refund which I refused. Finally i accepted a 40% refund to put an end to it. The shoes will go to charity.

I purchased a pair of sandals from Zealbonn for my up coming holiday without checking their delivery time and as this purchase was holiday specific I was concerned they might not arrive in time. I emailed the company explaining this and asked if they could refund me. I received a nice email back requesting order details and in less than 7 days I was refunded.
Although I didn't actually buy anything I'm giving them 5 stars.

I ordered a pair of size 4 sandals from, but upon arrival, they were incorrectly sized—approximately two sizes too large. The packaging and the sandals themselves lacked any size description, making it impossible to determine whether they were size 5, 6, or 7. Consequently, the item is defective and unfit for the intended purpose as it does not match the described size. I have requested a refund because the sandals should have a size description. Their online sales return policy is rudimentary and unsatisfactory, showing no willingness to assume responsibility. Despite their 30-day return policy, it is riddled with barriers that are not in the buyer's favor. I am still awaiting my refund and the opportunity to return the sandals, which are of no use to me.

Brought some trainers. Women's Orthopaedic Air Trainers Cushion Comfort Sneakers They were not as the advertised image, very poorly made. Smelt the glue when opened the bag. Very tacky. I gave my feedback on the product on their site, Funny it didn't get shown others all giving positive feedback. Very unbelievable! Avoid this site.. you will be silly to use!!

Shoes ordered 30th May for a wedding on 10th June. They arrived after the wedding even though the date for delivery stated well before.

Raised to Zealbonn I would like to return goods as the event had passed and asked for a refund.

After little response I involved PayPal. The final outcome took nearly 2 months. Zealbonns resolution was to destroy the goods and take photos for their confirmation before refunding me.

I point blank refused - suggested alternatives i.e charity shops with photos as evidence. However, Zealbonn confirmed I could but I wouldn't receive a refund.

Terrible customer service. 30 day return policy is not fit for purpose and overall a ridiculously wasteful attitude!

Firstly this outfit doesn't make it clear that it is based in China (14days+++ delivery) and uses EVRI (!!) for local delivery (appalling reputation).
I kept asking where my item was and was constantly given tracking data which eventually stated that EVRI had failed to deliver it.
I asked for a refund but was asked to wait a few more days for delivery. I got fed up with that one so I asked for refund again and was told to collect from EVRI depot!!!
I reported this all to PayPal who gave an immediate refund.
This was a very stressful buying experience !!!

Shoes arrived took a few weeks I contacted the company they explained there was a stock issue promised to dispatch a few days later.They kept their word and sent me tracking details.The trainers are well made and comfortable I do 12 hour shifts in nursing so comfortable shoes a absolute priority.I give credit when it’s due.Nervous when I read the reviews thought I had been cheated but no the trainers arrived and they are impressive for the price.

Deal with these people at your peril.
I purchased shoes from them and they are very poorly made, you can feel the ground underfoot.
One pair I wore fore approximately 4 weeks not constantly and the upper came away from the lower part of the shoe. when I asked for a refund, they said sorry, they do not give refunds. Typical poor Chinese copany.

This is by far the worst internet company I have dealt with. The shoes I ordered were 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. I sent photos as requested and explained the problem. Since then I have gone round in circles, they offered 30%discount which I refused, since then they have been totally obstructive. Abandon hope all who enter here. They advertise hassle free returns, don't believe it.

I ordered a pair of crocs from this website as they were significantly cheaper. The product I received was a poor imitation in a different colour with dirty marks all over the soles. I took photos as requested by the website and asked to return the product. After 4 emails they are now offering a 50% refund and for me to give the shoes to charity. I will continue to email to try and get the full return, but I am not hopeful. The shoes they sent me are fit for the bin - I would be embarrassed to give them away. Avoid this site at all costs. They are selling fakes from China and their return policy is not “hassle free” as stated on their website.

this company is a scam, i have been arguing through emails for 3 days trying to get an address to send my trainers back to, they refuse to give an address, the trainers look great but are too small, i was happy to pay the postage but still could not get an address.
they are now trading under the name stunahome. please be aware if there is a problem, you will not get your money back.

Paid for shoes and got nothing back,
JUST A BIG SCAM , STAY AWAY. THEY ARE CROOKS.
