The communication was fantastic, everything showed that this team cared about my cats and wanted to make the journey as smooth as possible for them. We were moving over 300 miles over 3 days, and 101 Petexpress made everything so much easier. Our 3 cats arrived safe and sound and exactly when promised. The live tracking was great to know exactly when we needed to be ready for them. Thank you so much to Amanda and her team!

Communication went very well throughout the whole process. Staffs are super helpful and patient with our furry babies. Vehicle is perfectly equipped and suits all animals needs. We been kept updated through the whole journey till our dogs arrived home on time. We even received messages asking how they doing the next day! Couldn’t feel more touched by their services. Highly recommended!

Amanda, John and Josh are amazing. Our dog is a rescue and extremely nervous especially around men. When John arrived he helped keep the whole situation as calm as possible so as not to stress our dog anymore. It was a long journey and half they swapped drivers and Josh's handling was just as exceptional. Throughout the whole process and journey we had a WhatsApp group to track the journey and have updates from each driver to let us know everything was going well.
I would not hesitate to recommend 101petexpress they are the epitome of professional.

My rescued dog had already had a very long journey from Crete. After recovering overnight with friends in London I was concerned that she had to travel another six hours to my home in Cumbria. I need not have worried. This company looked after her with professional, friendly and efficient care. Spotless, well equipped van and regular updates throughout the journey. This company transported my neighbour's cat to the UK from Spain. I arranged it on his behalf as I reside in Spain, he is now in England.

There are no words to express my sincere thanks to this company. They kept me, and my friend in the UK up-to-date throughout the complete trip. We received photos, messages, and we had access to tracking the journey. They were very professional in every way feasible, and their van is remarkably comfortable for any pet to travel in. There was sufficient space for each animal with no overcrowding for the pets. Their van is designed to a high standard where the animal's welfare is priority.

After being let down from four English companies in Spain, we stuck gold with 101. I had a lot of questions and sent a lot of texts, all were answered which put my mind at ease. Nothing was too much trouble.

They are a superb company and very compassionate, and professional about what they do.

I have no hesitations in recommending this company, they are brilliant.

We recently used 101 Pet Express to transport our dog from Kent to Alicante. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had and also the experience our dog Paddy had. He arrived in Spain extremely calm and happy and had obviously bonded with the driver who brought him over and took great care of him in the 48 hours they were together. I received regular pictures and updates throughout the journey and could also track where they were whilst on route. I can’t recommend 101 Pet Express enough - they’ve given an outstanding service and helped our dog become settled into his new life in Spain very easily.

When I say this was a first class service, I mean exceptional. From the moment our boy Will was picked up from Crawley, we were sent pictures of him. We were then able to track Will’s journey all the way to our front door. Josh was amazing and came in and stayed for at least half an hour to make sure Will had settled in. We had a message the following day asking how he was doing. I would highly recommend 101 Pet Express and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys for bringing our boy Will to his forever home Xx

Communication was spot on, kept us posted on the delays at Heathrow and then on progress. Van was spotless and tidy and my dog wagged her tail when Josh lifted her out. Clearly a very kind, caring pet transport, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Thank you!

Absolutely first class service. Amanda helped with every step of the way including checking the admin done by the vet for the passport (Don’t assume the vets know what they are doing with travel documents!). She was fabulous. They collected our lovely puppy and delivered her to her new home with a friend in the UK. Our first rehoming as a new charity. The van was set up perfectly. Purpose built to a very high standard and very safe and practical. The whole journey was tracked so we could see at any time where our dog was. We had also had constant updates and pictures. When we left Bella she looked nervous and unsure as is to be expected. Within a few hours she was playing in the van and having cuddles and looked like a totally different dog. Really really excellent service. You can see the two of them adore animals and it shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. If your dog is your family, this is the company to use. Thank you. We will be forever grateful.
