I was interested in buying Arroyo Craftsman Huntington Outdoor wall light for front porch. Had a hard time getting near by stores to order the light for me. I decided to buy from online retailer; after checking internet, Capitols Lighting popped up. When I went to their website, offering 20% off during Memorial week special. I wanted to verify light was LED bulb compatible; call customer service & spoke with associate Wendy Pelligrino. She confirmed the light was led bulb compatible, & that there was a 25% off special; placed order over the phone. Wendy confirmed lamp order color, glass & trim; ETA for delivery was 30 days (made or order) around 6/30/26. To my surprised, I received FedEx text message my lamp would be arrived on 6/8/26. Very pleased with whole purchase process; great price & faster than expected delivery. Big shout out to Capital Lighting & Wendy Pelligrino for great service; will definitely buy from Capital Lighting again.

We ordered a light fixture from Capitol Lighting through an area dealer. When the light fixture arrived, we determined that it was not appropriate for our space. We were advised by the dealer that we could not return the light fixture, even if we paid shipping and restocking fees.

We paid $595 for the fixture and are now out this money with no recourse.

I had the best experience ordering 2 Vida chandeliers. This company is based in US. Items are in stock. The price point was the best that I found on the internet.

I have worked with ray Machado for over a year on various homeowner association dark sky compliant lighting projects and has given professional and prompt service each and every time. This site is a scam ,typical bait and switch. Said they had open box product in stock gave me the runaround for over a week refunded me my money and never called me to explain what happened. Then they decided to email me saying that
I can have 25% off a new one, which was nowhere close to the open box price. Luckily I got my money back because this site is not real.

My experience was made great by my wonderful saleswoman, Wendy Pellegrino, who took the time to listen, help me identify fixtures for my home, and advise on the bulbs. Wendy is the best!

I recently ordered two items from the company after a lot of research. Capitol has an extensive, well-priced selection, but it's their customer service that is really amazing. I reached out twice, once for an order status and once for broken merchandise, and both times I was connected immediately with very friendly and competent customer service reps who resolved the matters easily and quickly. Ray was amazing. First, the phone was answered, right away, by a person! This does not happen anymore and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it, I definitely would have hung up if I got stuck in an AI loop. I wanted two types of wall sconces, and he was able to find them for me, get me a great price, and complete my order. All in about 5 minutes, smooth as can be. I have not yet seen them in my space - I’m sure I will love them, but their returns policy, 90 days, is what got me to call them in the first place. Now that I have, I will definitely get all my lighting through them. It’s nice to see companies that really prioritize the customer’s needs and experience, with great service, returns policy, and great prices.
