24hrslocksmith Reviews

Adam was very helpful and came quite quickly

Very helpful in explaining what is done and why.

I’ll like to thank Ruben for being professional and prompt in delivering his services. I have to say Ruben knows the job!! In less than 5 mins I had access to my room again.

The overall experience was interesting. I felt as if the company tried to overcharge me. Which wasn’t helpful. The starting price was from 45 but I ended up paying 168 for an easy job. The tried to change me locks. Alex was help but the overall company wasn’t that great.

Claude was amazing, he got me back into my flat in no time

Very prompt service, guy came within 15mins , very polite guy and nice, I will definitely use the service again and recommend to others. Thank you

Adam came out very promptly and fixed our lock issue within a short period of time. Definitely a service I will use again!

Clear and regular communication of ETA. Arrived within 25mins of my call. Adam was courteous and ultimately got me back into my home, though as others have noted the first and default suggestion seems to be drilling & replacing the lock (£400++). When I made clear this was untenably expensive and I would rather forfeit the callout fee and drive several hours to collect a spare key from a family member, an alternative, less approach was suggested, which turned out to be relatively straightforward. Even so the final cost was significantly higher than anticipated (significantly more than a previous experience of calling out a locksmith several years ago at my partner's property). Be aware that the price quoted on the phone is simply a callout fee. Over and above this will then be added the 'job fee' (determined by type of lock) & VAT.

Adam was a very kind and efficient locksmith and worked quickly and thoroughly with care.

Alex came on time and did an extraordinary job. He fixed our front door lock. Very pleased with his service.

Fast service. Polite and helpful. Adam was the locksmith

Adam is a fantastic consumate professional who went above and beyond to install a new lock.

Super mulțumit ! Au rezolvat problema rapid și eficient . Recomand cu plăcere

Did a very good job and on time

Total con. Do not use. Lied to me about price. Told on phone was £55 but when he came out charged £89 for call out £289 to do the lock and another top with bill at £600. Tip off. Do not use them

Used to take us 5 minutes to get into the front door, but thanks to Raul its all fixed and easy again.
Turned up within the hour after we called and was a nice chap who dealt with the issue efficiently.

Thanks Raul!

Adam was lovely! Great to deal with and arrived so quickly :)

Raul was so good! His service was brilliant! He made a very stressful situation manageable. He was GREAT!!

I’m writing to give a huge shout‑out to *Claude*, the locksmith who came to my rescue today. He was incredibly polite, arrived promptly, and unlocked my door with the utmost professionalism. His friendly demeaner and clear explanations made a stressful situation completely painless. I’m extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy locksmith. Thank you, Claude, for a fantastic service!

Absolute scam. Agreed price over the phone was £69. Arrived to the simplest house lock - unnecessarily drilled it - and then asked for £600.
Incompetent, ignorant, appalling criminals.
A kid could pick that lock in 5mins. No questions asked, drilled, price skyrocketed.
In the end they ask you to sign a paper that says the price was agreed prior to their arrival over the phone. Do not sign, report immediately. Garbage.
