Thanks Istvan. Efficient service and a nice guy as well

Istvan was very kind and helpful. We didn’t wait too long, even during rush hour. He got us into our house quickly with no damage. Highly recommend!

Alex came to my rescue yesterday evening after I lost all of my personal belongings on London public transport and couldn't get into my flat. He arrived with 15 minutes of me calling and was extremely empathetic. I offered to pay him more as a tip and he declined. Good people still exist, thank you so much Alex!

George did a wonderful job, he arrived quickly and the prices were transparent!

George is an excellent locksmith! He responded very quickly and worked with great professionalism. I’m extremely satisfied with the result and highly recommend his services!

Raul was prompt, professional, and extremely skilled. He arrived quickly, fixed the issue without any hassle, and offered a fair price. Highly recommended for any locksmith needs!

Quick response. Polite, professional and friendly, Adam came to my aid a few nights ago when I locked myself out. His solution was efficient, damage limiting and reasonably priced, he sorted me out within 10 minutes. Thank you Adam. Defo recommended.

Absolute bait and switch pricing - tells you £55 on the phone and then when the guy arrives it's £49 call out charge + £289 + VAT = £405 to take two minutes to drill out a hole in the lock.

Completely powerless to say no unless one wants to wait out in the cold for the next locksmith to arrive...

Istvan was fast, professional, and reliable. He arrived quickly, solved the issue with ease, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend

Absolutely apalling experience with this company and their employee called Mono. I called them during daytime to open an inside room door lock. I was told the charge was 45 Pounds. The locksmith arrived, said it would cost 185 Pounds. I said that was too expensive so he started to negotiate at 150 Pounds. He said he would check the price with his company for the price and pretended to text on his phone which he didn't. I needed to get into the room so said yes. He made no attempt to avoid damage but started to drill a hole. It took 3 minutes. He then asked me to pay 190 Pounds. I said but you asked for 150 Pounds. He answered if you pay 200 Pounds I put a new lock in and fix the hole. I rejected and insisted on 150 Pounds. He left behind a mess. During the entire interaction he was rude, dodgy, pushy, trying to push me to pay more. Horrible .Do not use this company.

Absolutely brilliant job by Alex. He came right on time and finished the job pretty quickly.

George arrived within 15–20 minutes when I was locked out and needed emergency help. He worked quickly and professionally, without causing any damage. Excellent emergency service right when I needed it most. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

I accidentally locked myself out of my house and called this locksmith for help. He arrived quickly, was very professional, and got the door open in no time. The communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the whole process was stress-free. I really appreciated how efficient and friendly he was.
Highly recommended!

Ruben came to my property today and fitted new locks on all of my doors. He was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend the service more!

Adam came to my flat very quickly had opened the door within minutes!

Raul was fantastic - he explained exactly what he was doing, made sure he caused minimal damage and was overall very professional. I would highly recommend Raul for his professionalism and approach to getting the job done - definitely a credit to his company!

Pure scam, not trustworthy. Please dont use this company. They add up costs starting from 69, adding 150 for the job another 140 for the lock or change/damage and then another 100 another 50. You end up asked to pay 600£ for the simplest job… and also sign a paper to confirm you agreed to pay this beforehand and you agreed to pay the amount. Please don't sign this, report them. Call your bank to refund you part of it if they can as you just fell victim of scam.

Similar to many other reviews I have seen about this company, they lie about the price, not mislead but directly lie and then when you have no choice e.g. they have already destroyed the lock to your house they reveal ridiculous charges for new locks.
