Do not book with this company. The website is a scam. They quoted us £39 + VAT and 15-30 minute wait. We waited 2 hours, the guy came and said it would be £90. He arrived with only a piece of plastic to open the door and was very rude and said couldn’t do it and walked away. We rang to make a formal complaint. They where very rude and wouldn’t let us make a complaint. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this company. If I could give it no stars I would.

Horrible experience with this company, the person communicating was okay, but the bloke that had turned up was rude and unhelpful, he begun by asking to you the toilet which gave off an unprofessional vibe, until here it was okay, but when my dad tried to ask about the problem, he was rude and unhelpful, just quoting the price and being nasty, to begin he started to say stuff like "you want to learn or something" and "mate I am not here to explain stuff to you" for a business providing a service it is important for the workers and employees to explain the root cause of the problem as individuals we are paying these businesses for the service they are providing, overall unimpressed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

scammers!!! Quoted 49 and said no charge if can’t fix and can come within the hour. Came and said before doing anything - £105 , looked at the window and said aw sorry this opens from the top I can’t do anything ?! Must be opening sideways ! He left and called me recording the call and threatening. Scammers ! Don’t ever use them

What a rip off, take advantage customers who are in a real pickle. Avoid like the plague. Could have bought a new door for what we got charged for replacing the lock.

Horrible service.
I accidentally locked myself out of the house so I called them. Firstly, the person on the call told me that the locksmith would arrive at my location in 25 minutes but it took him almost an hour.
Also he quoted £55 on the phone for a simple job which it was but after the locksmith opened the door (in less than a minute) he said £55 + VAT which according to him was £110. Upon my disbelief, when I told him that £55 was agreed on call and I called on their phone number again, he reduced the amount to £66 (£55 + VAT) and then he started misbehaving. He was extremely rude.
I paid him and then he left.
I would not recommend this service to anyone.

£49 +VAT is a lie. As many others have been quoted, I asked for a quote, told the lady it would take less than a minute (it happened about 2 years ago), and was quoted £49+VAT. The locksmith arrived, took a piece of thin plastic out of his pocket and opened the door. It took 20 seconds. He then told me it was going to cost £162.50 including. VAT. NOT the £49 I was quoted. He said the £49_VAT was the call-out charge. Having checked their website, it clearly states NO CALL-OUT FEE. I have emailed them requesting a refund for the difference. I will edit my review if the refund is actioned. I am going to call my bank and make them aware of the fraudulent transaction, so they can recall the payment.

Our cat was trapped in a neighbour's garage who had just gone on holiday so we called this company who said they would send someone in the next 30 mins. I then got a call back from someone as there was confusion over what postcode we were at and they were very aggressive and shouting at me on the phone. The guy then turned up after about 45 mins, he had barely any tools on him, he was the most miserable man ever as if we had inconvenienced his day even though this is his job. He looked at the lock, played around with it a bit and then just said he couldn't do it and walked away. So then we had to find someone else who came and did a great job on the lock straight away, he couldn't understand why the first guy was unable to do it!! Thankfully we didn't have to pay a call out fee but it delayed our poor cat being stuck in there by an extra hour! Would avoid this company and just try find a local business!

What a scam company. Quoted £49 on phone. Glad the call was recorded. Came out said he needed to drill the lock no price disclosure then demanded £350 after 30 minutes and would not leave and became aggressive. Also damaged the wall and left the door in a worse state and it wouldn't close. Needed to purchase an entire door as he completely destroyed the gearbox and rods.

These are crooks. I ended up paying £879 for a new lock and latch. He came, said it was £49 for a call out, then £189 to break the lock, then £200 for a new latch and VAT and £280 for new lock. He threw his rubbish away and he didn’t give me an itemised receipt.

I wish i had checked the reviews first. They quote a cheap price on the phone but then in person dismantle the lock and quote ridiculous prices. Was quoted over £350 for a £30 gear replacement. Really disappointing, especially as they're needed in an emergency. SERIOUSLY AVOID

I called for an emergency call out in a panic as my door wouldn’t open and my two small dogs were inside. I was advised someone would be out in 30-45 minutes. I waited an hour before calling again, and the advisor who was rude advised someone would call me soon then hung up the call. I received a call from a mobile number advising he’d be at least another half an hour minimum so I told him to cancel the job. Shocking service. I wish I hadn’t panicked and sourced someone local. Avoid at all costs!

AVOID The phone quote was £49 +VAT. The guy came out and asked for nearly £500. Eventually reduced it to £300. Damaged the door frame and left without clearing up his mess. Complete rip off.

Locked myself out, the locksmith turned up quick and managed to open the door within minutes without having to pick the lock, but was charged near £400 which wasn't what was stated on their website. Bunch of Scammers Avoid.

Realistically, I would give them zero stars. They came out to my 90 year-old mum as she could not open her door. They said it wasn’t the lock. It was the multi locking system which was the problem and needed to be replaced. They quoted her £750 and offered to reduce it to £663.
I could not be there when they went round, but I phoned up while the guy was there and that’s when my mum told me that this is what they wanted to charge her. She was being totally taken advantage of as an elderly lady and they were just scamming her.
We managed to get the part later in the day and the part actually cost £25 plus VAT. The total bill was less than £250.
Despite being quoted £49 plus VAT on the initial call they ended up charging her £153 and she was no better off when they left than when they came.

I got onto the phone with the locksmith who was sent and had a massive row with him and told him he should be ashamed of himself trying to rip off in 90 year-old lady and told him not to bother coming back.
I have phoned the company and I’m told “ a manager will call you back“

Told 49 plus VAT on the phone, got there and was told 138 as the lock is not straightforward. The guy drilled the lock, then asked me (on a sunday evening) if i want the lock replacing for a further 100 pounds. He tried explaining the price is very high of these locks (which was fitted and purchased by me). I told him no and just fitted an old lock which is exactly the same make and model that cost me 6 pounds (not 100)

This company deserves 0 star!! I wish I have checked this website before calling them! I called this company regarding a problem we have with a door. The person who answered with an East European accent asked what was the problem, I explained with great details what the problem was and she said yes that's fine. We can send an engineer who can open it. I asked about the cost to open the door and she said 49£+VAT, I asked, how much is it in total, and she said 60£. Then I asked what does this include, she said it includes labour to open the door, and if you need a lock then that is extra! Then I asked but if he can't open it are you going to charge me, she said no!
When the guy came, he checked it and said it is a much harder job, because it doesn't open (like if I would have called him if it was working) it will be 129£!! When I said no, this is not the agreed price, he said that is fine, we will charge you 39£ now for cancelling the job!!!

Scammed into paying over the price for new locks when i just needed the door unlocked. I called it out as a scam as i suspected something was off and he was misleading me. Don't use this service avoid at all costs

Got locked out my house. Called this company. When they answered they were too busy mucking around on the phone. When I eventually got someone. They told me they would be out 30 mins as they had someone in the area. 1.5 hours past. I called them. I was told the locksmith will call with an eta. 1 hour later he called extremely rude. Saying that he would be a further 25-30 mins. I explained the situation and the response was well if you do t me to visit I’ll go to the next job.

I was told the price on the phone. Would be 50.00. As no locks needed changed and it would be a simple open. Total cost. 120.00. 50.00 call out. 50.00 to open the door with what looked like a plastic off of a bottle plus vat.

Absolutely shocking. Service. Would not recommend

Awful company, do not use.
Got locked out of my flat, called and had them come out before looking at any reviews, was told they’d be 25-30 minutes, and after waiting 45 minutes i called back to find out that no one had left, and that they would be another 25-30 minutes. Was given no explanation, when I explained we had food in the oven which had already been in for 30+ minutes, we were met with no acknowledgment of our situation. After waiting over an hour we were quoted over £100 for a 2 second job.

DO NOT USE. Called them informing I had locked myself outside my flat and had the oven on. They told me 30-40 minutes until they would be there. 40 minutes later I call again. They tell me they will get the locksmith to call me. I receive a text saying please confirm your address, which I did, then they say okay, 25-30 minutes. In total I waited 1hr 10m. They finally arrived and charged me £106 for them to spend 30s unlocking my door.
