I would not recommend using this company at all. The website looks very impressive but the service is nowhere near good enough. We were recently charged £374 for a job that took ten minutes.
Avoid this company at all costs.

DO NOT BOTHER

Absolutely unacceptable service. I booked an emergency locksmith at 9:00 pm and wasn’t seen until around 11:00 pm. For an emergency service, a two-hour wait with virtually no communication is unacceptable. I had to chase the company myself after an hour 20 minutes just to find out where the engineer was. I think the first guy didn’t even book me an engineer. Annoying I was distracted with doing work whilst waiting.

When the engineer finally arrived, the first thing he said to me was, “Why were you being so telegraphic?” because he was annoyed that I hadn’t come outside to meet him. I had already explained more than once that I couldn’t leave the building because I didn’t have my fob to get back through the front door or use the lift, and there is no concierge to let me back in. Instead of showing any understanding, he then complained about parking and later said he’d “had a long day”—without any consideration for the fact that I’d also had a long day and had been left waiting for two hours. Not my job to sort out parking for you!

To top it off, I was charged a lovely £59 for an assessment only, despite no work being carried out and the fee not being made clear beforehand. My guy flashed a light at the key and jokingly said it will be 2k. Absolute joker. It’s people like this who makes genuine costumers lose their patience

Poor communication, poor customer service, and an unprofessional attitude from the engineer. I would not recommend this company.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
So many people have said the same thing! But DO NOT use this company. Guy who came out saw a lone female student , charged £216 to change a simple lock, was told he couldn’t get into any of my ‘high security locks’. No explanation / breakdown of costs & then when we called the company the man had the GALL to say ‘that’s not my problem’ and ‘so?’. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Absolute SCAM.

Absolutely gutted. I should have read the reviews. The website says no callout fee. He came out and quoted £229 and then after he replaced the barrel gave me an invoice for £400. My lock is still broken so I still have to call another company to get it fixed. This company needs reporting!!!! Gutted.

Scam - Don’t know how to open - got agressive to pay even without opening the door - his solution was to drill the lock - rat scan piece of shit

Should of read the reviews. Was quoted 59 over the phone. The guy cash charged my elderly mother 650 quid to open a door and replace the lock because a key stuck in the lock meant he couldn't repaired it. Absolute scammers

Quoted £49 plus VAT to pick a front door lock. Technician did arrive quickly but took one look and said it was unpickable and would need to be drilled, with a new cost of £125 plus VAT agreed.
After the event I have come to learn that my (auto deadlocking night latch) lock could have easily been picked open and I have fallen victim to a classic 'bait and switch' scam.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. Our experience with them was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
Terrible Lateness: It took them almost 2 hours just to arrive at our location. Initial ETA was 20 minutes!
Destructive & Dishonest Tactics: Once the locksmith arrived, he intentionally broke our key inside the lock to force us into a situation where we had no choice but to replace the entire insert.
Extortionate Pricing: They then tried to charge us nearly £200 for the cheapest available key insert. On the top of that call out fee and labour.
Unprofessional Behavior: When we pointed out that the exact same locks are available on Amazon for around £10, the locksmith became incredibly defensive and unprofessional, making inappropriate comments about the price of the car we drive to justify his extortionate rates.
This is not a legitimate professional service; it is a predatory scam designed to trap you and rip you off. Save your time, money, and sanity—call someone else.

Called at 8:58 and asked for a quote for emergency locksmith, was quote 49 so we agreed to let someone come over (we as in girls within a household). At 9:35 a locksmith came, at first seemed friendly, engaging into conversations (turns out he tried to drag it out longer to charge us more). Then quoted 160+VAT, threatened to use the drill because we have tried to unlock the door ourselves (bear in mind the doorknob is still okay), he then quoted 360+VAT if he has to get out the drill. Started shouting and getting aggressive, we were all stressed out since the room is locked. Tried to tell him we can’t afford it since we’re all students, he then said he’ll do it for 300. We couldn’t afford it, and was unhappy (my friend was in tears). He said if we don’t do it, he’ll have to charge us cancellation fees of 79+VAT. He was really forcing us into this, then said he’ll do it for 240. At this point it was over 10pm, we didn’t want trouble with this man, so we agreed to pay though it’s literally half our monthly rent. Avoid this company at all cost, complete scam! Price on website is false, the no call out fee is also false.

Was really nervous after seeing the reviews after I had booked the appointment. The guy who turned up was really lovely, told me exactly how much it would be before he started (£58.80), and opened the door within minutes. Turned up really fast after I booked the appointment too. So overall really impressed and would definitely use them again! Thank you

Website says there in 15-30 mins, took an hour.
Website stated it was cheap, he was talking £500 and obviously doing rip off language and pressure tactics
Ended up charging £240 for undoing a few screws nothing to do With the really *challenging lock*

Quoted £49 and charged £141.60 for a 5 minute job. When I called and booked I asked how much in total it would cost and was told £49 plus V.A.T. and the website clearly stated no call out charge but then was charged a call out fee of £69 on top, on looking closer at the invoice sheet I was handed after I can see the 6 on the £69 has been written over a 4 so I'm suspicious that he adjusted the price upward on the spot.

Called out as it says no call out charge, when quoted over £400 to fix an £80 part I said no thanks and he charged me £59 call out fee. He was at my home less than 12 minutes! SCAMMERS.

Absolute scam, I wish I had read these reviews before I used their service. Just broke my lock without asking, didn't try to pick the lock. Then charged nearly £200 for a new lock and the £49 fee plus VAT. I was robbed

The advert initially states no call out charge.The guy arrived and I explained that my key had stuck in my front door lock.He gave me prices for a like for like lock or a better lock.I opted for like for like.He replaced it with a new lock however the new key had stuck in that aswell.He informed me that I needed a new front door mechanism and quoted me several prices ranging from£200 upwards.I refused and asked him for the bill.He took £49 for call out,£40 labour and£18 V.A.T and I was left with a front door without any locks.Would steer clear of this company .In my opinion definately not reputable.I got a local locksmith out the following day and repaired it within minutes at a fraction of the price.Avoid,avoid,avoid.Last time I will use a sponsored company.

An engineer went to my mothers house to quote on a door lock - he originally quoted £47 to change a lock then the price went up to £200 as some drilling work was required, my mother said that was too expensive and the engineer asked how much she wanted to pay, they both agreed on £150 and he started doing the work, after 5 mins into the work he stopped and stole the lock from the door and left the house! These people are absolute cowboys and I will be reporting them to the police!!

Don't phone these people they are only after your money

SCAMMING SCUMBAGS, their website is full of fake reviews, If I had a option for 0 stars I would give it, website states they charge from £39 with no call out fee, this is all false they do not attempt to do anything other than drill your lock out which they charge £235, they then charge you at least £80 call out fee even though their website says no call out fee, plus they then add on VAT on top of the amount they are charging you, altogether this will cost you about £400 this is without replacing the lock, DO NOT trust these guys

Goodness knows where to start ! I wouldn’t even give them one star ! Partner phoned as our door as jammed and couldn’t open a man turned up in his car with a couple tools and didn’t speak much English hard to understand he asked to break off our thumb lock to see the problem so he broke it off took one side of the handle off and took out the spring from the handle and left us with a broken door quoted 200/300 and couldn’t do the work till next day .so we reached out to another trust worthy locksmith this time only to find outt there was no need for our thumb lock to off been broken off with a hammer he snapped it off and did more damage inside our lock and then the woman on the phone was useless talking over me and the guy who came blamed us for giving him permission to break our lock even when we had no idea what he was doing don’t ever waste your time with these guys
