We purchased a vanity unit from 34St…
We purchased a vanity unit from 34St John's as part of our bathroom renovation, and while it looked fine at first, we were very disappointed once it was installed.
After a couple of months, we noticed that the surface was covered in very light scratches. They aren't obvious in every light, which is why we didn't spot them when the unit was delivered and inspected. Unfortunately, by the time they became noticeable, the vanity had already been installed, so returning it wasn't an option. We understand the company's policy that items should be checked on delivery, but these marks were simply impossible for us to see until the lighting in the finished bathroom highlighted them.
We also contacted customer service about a separate issue with the sink plug, which arrived slightly bent. The response wasn't particularly helpful or accommodating, which added to our disappointment.
For a vanity unit costing around £1,000, we expected much better quality and customer service. Based on our experience, I wouldn't purchase from 34St John's again.

We appreciate how frustrating it must be to notice marks on your vanity unit after the installation was complete, particularly when they were not visible during your initial inspection.
As with all bathroom furniture, we ask customers to inspect products before installation, as once an item has been fitted it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to determine whether any cosmetic damage occurred during manufacture, transit, installation or subsequent use. While we appreciate this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, this policy is in place to ensure we can assess any issues fairly and accurately.
We're also sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the support you received regarding the sink plug.

Excellent Customer Service with very…
Excellent Customer Service with very quick response to queries.
The shower screen I ordered is clearly high quality and whilst not the cheapest, represents very good value for money. I particularly like the top hung rollers for the sliding door and the 8mm glass.
From the point at which I ordered the screen on a Thursday afternoon, it was delivered by their own delivery team the next morning at 930am. Perfect.

Really pleased with our vanity unit…
Really pleased with our vanity unit from 34 St John. After searching for ages for a 1m wide wood unit the colour of this oak unit was exactly what we were after. Matt sink is gorgeous too - already had compliments on it. 2 really spacious drawers. The whole unit looks great. Can’t wait to finish the en suite off fully now.

Very impressed with this shower…
Very impressed with this shower enclosure. The engineering is spot on - installation was straightforward and everything aligns perfectly. The design is elegant without being overdone, and the glass is thick, clear, and feels high quality. It genuinely elevates the bathroom.

Amazing products

Very simple order of the samples, which finalised our decision on what we wanted.
When it came it was much better than what we expected, very good quality, well made, durable and good value for money.

Loving my new bathroom mirror
Loving my new bathroom mirror - excellent quality, and I particularly like the sensor on/off control for the lights along with the interior shaving/toothbrush socket and usb. Ordering and delivery on my chosen date all went smoothly, and a query to the customer service number was answered promptly.
