update on andrewjames direct, still no refund and this company just ridiculous where customer service is concerned,i cannot believe the problems with this company from zero delivery to trying to obtain the money owed via refund,worst i have dealt with,AVOID ANDREWJAMES. awfull company and totaly bad customer service,still awaiting refund,

I bought an Andrew James Electric Knife Sharpener and the motor died after only 6 or 7 uses. I have emailed the customer service department for a repair or replacement 3 times and have had no response. Avoid.

This mixer from the kitchen supply store is a must-have for any baking enthusiast. It operates flawlessly, providing consistent and powerful mixing. The fast and secure delivery was a bonus, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable.

I am very pleased with the quality of the kitchen knives I received, they are sharp and comfortable to use.

This is now my 3rd Andrew James Dehydrator ove the last 6 years, the first one just stopped working altogether, but I had it for over 2 years so kind of excepted it , the second one after about the same time the heating element just stopped working. I thought that's it not getting from them again but my wife got me one off amazon, so I have had this one just over a year and the time and temperature just keeps changing by itself the whole time , constant beeping. I'll set the temperature at 40 an hour later its a 50 or 70 then it will change to however it feels at the time whilst beeps wake everyone up. Not good enough I'm afraid

A ice machine has leaked twice the water supply pipe is arranged around the fan our fan only had 2vscrews fitted instead of 4 thus causing exesseve vibration and wearing holes in two places in the supply tube after 1 year i taped up which lasted anouther year now i need to find replacment parts but cannot find on andrew and james website a wholly unagreeable situation.

Just purchased my AJ000187 halogen oven in September 2022 from Amazon.
Have had one before only my last one had a hinged lid which my new one does not, this was my choice due to cost of the hinged one.
However my poor rating is due to the noise my new oven makes very loud and vibrating when in use.
I have had to place oven gloves & small bowl on top of the control panel excluding the ventilation slots so not to overheat just to stop the noise and vibration in order to make using the oven bearable.
I think if the lid came with a silicone gasket to seal the lid slightly may help?.
Otherwise spend a more and choose the hinged type this may be quieter.

I purchased a halogen oven , with the attached lid thinking it would be an improvement over my cheaper model that finally blew the bulb after 2 1/2 year's , wrong ! I've owned it 4 months and have had to replace the bulb today ! Half way through cooking a chicken .
Now I'm unable to find original spares and all the generic replacement bulbs have wiring which is much to long to fit in the unit , I've found the reason for the bulb malfunction , lack of heat protection for the wiring !
I've replaced the bulb with the spare provided " never a good sign " and hopefully this will last longer !!!!!!!

My processor bowel is cracked. I have been trying for months to get a spare.
Any ideas?

Electric BBQ - So far so good as I have only just unpacked it but when I first heated it up for the 3-5 minutes it suddenly gave out an extremely loud beeping noise. I have looked everywhere and cannot find a reason for this. Can you please tell me if this is normal. I have sent you an email but had no reply. Thank you. Denise

Don't buy any Andrew james products .they are crap

We were gifted a juicing machine that actually GROUNDED ITS PLASTIC LID/TOP. I have noticed this after years of use and it is really disturbing as I used the pulp many times to make soups or cookies.

I bought an appkettle from Andrew James - it seems AppKettle have gone bust, the app no longer exists, the servers are down so it doesn't function. I thought i'd reach out to Andrew James to see if we can resolve the issue with no response - and it looks like they're bust too so I guess i'm £130 under...

3 replacement ice machines later and still no refund for the initial purchase and now the 3rd machine has gone wrong. We only go the initial replacement via Amazon but if you search this company is now AJRealisations. Nobody answers the phones and products are inferior... Avoid and don't waste your time or money...

My Andrew James kettle failed after 14 months. The 2 year warranty is useless as the company went into administration in late 2019

Used to be excellent but it seems they went into administration in 2020. Not sure what support they provide during administration, if any. Will try and get in touch with the administrators and find out.
Edit: Emailed them about 2-3 weeks ago. No reply 🙄

I purchased a small souble stove on Amazon (whilst my kitchen was being updated) and after 5 months it stopped working. I forgot to send it within the six month deadline and the sellers refused to do anything about it! A great big con.

I bought an Andrew James slow cooker through Ebay. I plugged it in and it blew the sockets in half of my house. Sent it back and still waiting for a refund.

The Andrew James Bread maker has performed faultlessly for many years.
Very sad to see that I can not find a replacement.
Used it mainly to make dough, just made it so easier to keep baking fresh bread.
