I have been with appliance serve for around 10 years now and have never had an issue brilliant service and peace of mind.
The phone call was answered quickly, the operator was very helpful. The engineer came 2days later , diagnosed the problem, ordered the part came 6 days later to fit it. Arrived exactly on time to fit... Toon meer

Excellent service all round.

The staff on the phone were very polite and so was the engineer who visited.
He gave me some advice on using the machine.
I was very happy. I would certainly recommend them.

Job done but route there complex for older people
My repair has been done by a very quick efficient service engineer.If you Don't. Count the weekend the repair took two days. This wait for a vital appliance repair might deter some customers and all the phone calls and questions

I phoned Appliance Serve on Tuesday, Dave arrived on Wednesday, identified the problem, ordered a new pump for our 13 year old washing machine and then fitted it on Friday. Who can ask for more?! Terrific service, thank you.

Very poor support
We bought our Siemens washing machine through Applianceserve in April 2013. In March 2015 the machine failed. Applianceserve sent a local team of engineers to fix the machine 6 weeks later the machine is still not working. The engineers have voided the warranty, therefore Siemens will not respond. Applianceserve. Have offered a very low budget replacement. Applianceserve should have called Siemens as the machine is still under warranty.
