Reliable and professional customer service.
I have been with Appliance Serve for a number of years but not had to contact them. I rang today and due to long waiting time I, reluctantly, choose the option for a call back - fearing that there wouldn't be one. Much to my surprise, I received a call back within a few minutes from their employee Fred. He was polite and courteous. He understood my request and actioned it immediately. The matter was resolved within a couple of minutes. I felt very reassured by his professional mannerisms and the companies IT system. Thank you to all involved including the managers and the frontline staff.

The repair booking process was very easy
The repair booking process was very easy. They answered within a reasonable time, and the agent was friendly and attentive. I received a text to say the engineer would contact me to arrange a repair time and I expected to wait a few days. But the engineer called that afternoon to see if I was free and arrived within 20 minutes. My oven is now fixed with a new bulb and heating element.

Our 20+year old fridge freezer broke…
Our 20+year old fridge freezer broke down and my husband has a medical condition that requires his medication to be kept refrigerated.
I explained this to the call handler, the engineer and the replacement team and a new fridge freezer was delivered on the 6th day (a bank holiday)
We were very grateful for the prompt attention and understanding of everyone involved and appreciate the outstanding service
