Sharon was so patient and helpful. I was arranging the funeral on my own and she was so helpful and kind. The funeral was lovely. I felt everything was perfect and my Mum would have been pleased The team were so respectful and everything was taken care of in a calm professional manner. At such a difficult time from start to finish Austin's were amazing. Very delicate and understanding when making the arrangements and on the day, all of the stuff were incredible. All the staff from June at the Welwyn Garden City office through to everybody at the crematorium were very compassionate and professional. The whole experience although very traumatic for us was made easy and stress free.
