From start to finish, every member of staff at the Rugby branch of Heart of England were kind, considerate and compassionate. It was such a difficult time for us a family yet everything was handled with such care and professionalism, the whole process went smoothly without a hitch.
Tracie, who conducted the service, was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to understand us as a family and, most importantly, made me feel that she truly understood who my mum was. The service felt very personal and was a beautiful reflection of her.
I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little easier for us.

From start to finish of an obviously emotional time heart of England co op funerals have been amazing. In the main we dealt with Jordan who listened and advised my brother and I throughout the entire process. No question went unanswered and it made it so easy for myself and brother to give dad the send off he deserved. And he got it and the rest of the team with Emma leading on the day of the funeral made an emotional day bearable. Five star service and I must also mention the celebrant Adrienne. This was the part I was dreading most capturing the essence of dad in his eulogy. Adrienne nailed it and the people who attended could not help but comment on how good she was and how she seemed to know “Spud” dad for years. Thank you for giving dad the dignified, perfect send off he deserved.

From start to finish, everyone was so helpful, and constantly in contact, i would especially like to thank Tracie Bloor (the celebrant) who made the funeral and remembrance of my mums passing a perfect send off.

The team at Heart of England Co-op Daventry are absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, whilst planning our baby girl Harriet’s funeral, we were shown nothing but compassion, patience and care. From the respect and care shown by Nathan when he came to collect her from Oxford and take her home, to the excellent communication, and dedication shown by Michelle and Sam throughout, we couldn’t have asked for better.

Every little thing we asked for was accommodated and we were never made to feel like anything was too much trouble for them. Our eldest daughter has SEN and they were also fantastic at helping her through the process, helping her to understand everything that she needed to throughout the planning process and gave her a safe, comfortable space to spend some final moments with her baby sister.

I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use co-op again if ever needed. Cannot thank them enough for everything they did to help give our baby girl the send off she deserved. Your team are an absolute credit to the company.🌹❤️

We recently arranged a prepaid funeral plan with Heart of England Co-op Funerals on Ansty Road, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion we received.

Jo came out to see us and was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely professional, kind and compassionate, and took the time to explain everything to us clearly, making sure we understood every part of the arrangements. At what can be a very difficult and emotional time, Jo’s calm and reassuring manner made such a difference.

She answered all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and gave us complete reassurance that everything would be taken care of and arranged exactly as we wanted.

We are so grateful to Jo for making what could have been a very daunting process feel much easier and more comforting. Her kindness and professionalism are a real credit to Heart of England Co-op Funerals.

Jordan was an absolute star. He helped us realise a particularly difficult final farewell with thought, respect and good humour. He's a real asset to the Co-op.

Jordan was very considerate and attentive to our wishes for our father's funeral.
He guided us through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. Both he and his team made the day go as smoothly as it could.

The whole team at Heart of England funeral services were so considerate ,helpful, professional and kind. Michelle in particular assisted with all the necessary arrangements required for my late Dads funeral service, keeping me informed throughout. Her compassionate approach to handling of all the arrangements and then Jordan and his team for the actual funeral service and committal was just the way we wanted it. Thankyou x

We were treated with respect by Janis from the moment we started the arrangements. We were taken through every part of the process and everything was explained to us really well. The funeral went ahead without any problems. All staff involved were respectful and helpful.

We used the Co-op for my husband’s funeral. From start to finish the team were absolutely brilliant, all our wishes were done with consideration, initially we made contact with Olivia who listened and advised us on all aspects of how the day would run.

I can’t thank Karen enough for helping arrange everything for my dad’s special day, she was very helpful, she suggested Tracie Bloor to be our celebrant and she did a really amazing service! My dad would have been very proud…
All the staff were very compassionate and helpful throughout, they even took the time to open on bank holiday Monday for a visit as it was my dad’s birthday.

Very helpful and caring and looked after my family really well during the horrible time we was going through but Janet and Joyce made it as easy as possible for us during the difficult time.
