Joseph was very kind and helpful throughout whole experience. It was my first time refinancing so it was a new experience for me and I was nervous and anxious of what was to come but Joseph took care of my case and made everything stress free easy and I was satisfied with my new deal. He took time to explain everything and made sure I was aware of what was going on every step of the way. Overall great experience.

Wil with Autopay was great. I did a request though rate genius and he did the rest. Easy process and Wil was very helpful.
