Fast easy and convenient, willing to talk around my schedule and made sure I fully understood all of my options

I had a wonderful experience with Amber Feldman, Customer Success Representative II. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and always maintained a pleasant demeanor. Amber demonstrated remarkable product knowledge and even anticipated my questions before I had the chance to ask them. Her exceptional service made a significant impact on my experience.

Everyone has a similar story here. We saw some appealing rates advertised on Credit Karma and thought “what the heck, I’ll apply and see what they can do for me.” Whatever they show you on Credit Karma is complete bull, even with perfect credit, you will be quoted a rate similar or worse than what you already have. Complete waste of time, don’t waste your money too.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mariaisabel Alvarado, Loan Specialist at The Savings Group, Inc., and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She initially assisted me with refinancing my vehicle and offered an incredible rate along with a very manageable payment and extended warranty options. Unfortunately, due to unexpected title issues, we weren’t able to move forward with the loan at that time.
However, over the course of several days, Mariaisabel remained in consistent communication with me, always patient, kind, and professional. Her dedication and willingness to help never wavered. Because of the trust she built, I decided to reach back out to her to purchase an extended warranty—and I am so glad I did.
She provided me with an outstanding warranty option that exceeded my expectations. Beyond her knowledge and professionalism, what truly sets Mariaisabel apart is her personality. She is warm, genuine, and incredibly easy to talk to—so much so that I felt like I had made a new friend by the end of the process.

I had a very disappointing experience with AUTOPAY. I initially reached out to them after reviewing financing options through Credit Karma, where the terms looked reasonable and aligned with my expectations. However, once I contacted them to move forward with the loan, the numbers changed completely.

The APR, monthly payment, and overall loan terms they presented were significantly different from what I had originally seen. This felt misleading and untrustworthy from the start.

What made the situation worse was that they attempted to pressure me into accepting additional services as a condition for approving the loan. When I declined these add-ons, I was told that my application would be canceled. This felt extremely unprofessional and coercive.

Overall, my experience with AUTOPAY was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend them based on the lack of transparency and the pressure tactics used during the process.

They made it very easy. Carene was very helpful and friendly. She did great work. Took care of the process quick and found a great loan company to refinance. Definitely worth going through.

From the beginning, they were prompt and communicative. They took care of the whole process with just a few requests for documentation from me. Definitely recommend!
