Things started off a little rocky because my information submitted from Credit Karama was incorrect (phone number) which prevented me from getting into the portal to upload documents. Once I was assigned someone, the process was handled with her directly. I sent my documents via email/text and was assured it was all encrypted/secure. I have identity services and can lock down my reports so I proceeded. The overall process is easy and as fast as YOU make it. My person, Lorraine, has been awesome, and has a nice personality. She responds as quickly as she can to questions and I appreciate that. Now, something to note if you are coming from Credit Karma. What they show you might not actually be what is available to you, but, give them a chance to tell you what they can do. Its low pressure, and they don't try to push it on you and will let you think it over first. Overall, im happy with my experience and hope this name drop gets Lorraine I some kudos:)
