Zero complaints. The process was easy, and my loan officer was super helpful.

Amber was great she was the only one who actually helped me after calling multiple numbers and talking to multiple people from which I had a hard time understanding half the time.

The communication level was superb. Even though at the time I was going through a difficult situation medically with a lovedone, Alexa was very understanding, not pushy. I realize there are a lot of details that have to be fulfilled in transactions such as this, and she was very efficient all the way through.

"Preapproval" through Credit Karma offer of 4.54% APR for 48 months, all vehicle and personal information up to date. After approval they refused for DAYS to actually send documentation I could review. Credit Karma application information shows approved and still shows 4.54% for 48 months. They initially tried to sell me a huge term extension. When I finally got crappy screen shots of the 48 month terms to review it was 8.84% APR. MORE THAN DOUBLE THE ADVERTISED PRE-APPROVAL THROUGH CREDIT KARMA. They also tried to sneak in extra 'maintenance plans' and over $1k in fees (which I know are normal to some extent but were never itemized or disclosed) and tried to inflate the payoff on my current loan (yes I called my current lender). Huge scam with so many red flags.

Autopay was excellent they stayed with me every step of the way and explsined in detail anything i fidnt understand they got me a lower payment and a nuch lower apr!! I recomnend snyine that is considering refinancing tbeir car to give autopay a call!!

This was my first time refinancing a vehicle and thanks to Dustin, the whole process was seamless. He’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend!!

Great experience with my auto refinance Caleb was awesome. He made everything very easy and painless. I also appreciate that he was not pushy and didn’t call me a million times. My schedule is crazy and he was patient with me getting back to him when I could.

Blake knocked it out of the park! I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen, I appreciated how low key his sales pushes were too - not pushy at all and definitely encouraged me to take a warranty upgrade. No one likes feeling backed into a corner with a sales pitch, and Blake made sure I felt secure and knew exactly what I was getting into and what my options were.
