Made contact with Luke regarding my present cover expiring. He gave good information and set an e mail for me to read through the options available.
Phoned the next day and sorted new cover out with ease.

Despite issues with the car I initially took for a test drive, Jake kept me well informed with regular updates. Ultimately I ended up buying a different car from Stebbings which went smoothly. A good measure of a company and the people is how they deal with a problem/issue and I can't fault the service I received.
