This company doesn't seem to be technologically competent
Your App is rubbish. It says I am not in the UK and the only way I could access the app is to disconnect from Wifi and use a mobile signal only. Then the supposed code wasn't sent through. Makes me suspect that you aren't a well run or technologically sound company so leaves me questioning whether I should cancel my policy and go with a more reputable company.

When I called Auto Protect, I spoke to Luke, who was incredibly helpful, honest and patient. My previous cover didn’t provide everything I needed, so I wanted to make sure I had the right level of protection in place going forward to give me peace of mind. I added the ap to my phone, but could not get it to accept the code sent to me, so unable to log on. I just got the yesterday so no urgency, but the garage recommended that I sign in asap.

They fix problems instantly, and the after-sales team actually stays in touch instead of ignoring your existence. Exceptional service from a flawlessly run outfit.

Contacted quickly by email once I purchased my new car. Easy to join with straight forward guidance on line. Only issue was there appeared to be a time delay getting an email with a code number this seemed to take several attempts but managed in the end

Danny from sales was very professional, and explained all finer point of the vehicle I purchased, without being over indulgent, I have just one issue outstanding, the maintenance team haven’t as yet contacted me regarding a the two year service plan I verbally agreed at the time of purchase.
