This company is evasive when it come to answering calls and queries when you have to make a claim. They do not answer emails when you make claims and are very reluctant to pay out despite being really happy to take the premium when you buy the car.
Avoid - customer service is terrible

Long winded claim process
When I finally got to input the photos, the process was fairly straightforward. However, I have been trying to add these details for a month, the app is beyond useless, and the process is opaque.

Communication was good to start with…
Communication was good to start with but I felt it unnecessary/illogical to re-submit the same claim after the technician arrived late and had no time to start/complete the job so to book a reappointment, I had to submit a claim again through the portal.
