Great customer service
Great customer service, and the house was remarkable. Great location. Just a recommendation on the beds in the house we booked, all the guests complained about the beds being really hard, we had to purchase a matress topper for the beds.

Our stay was so nice
Our stay was so nice! We made wonderful memories! Our home was clean and had everything you would need right there in your room! It was very homey and comfortable and right there in the beach! You could walk to restaurants and shops very close to all the action. We loved our stay and will be back!!! Our contacts were very helpful and friendly and helped with any questions we had!! Great place to stay!
Property is clean and attractively decorated. Great location, close to beach and popular restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Fenced backyard with nice patio furniture and grill. Dog friendly. This is the third time I’ve stayed at this property and it won’t be the last!

We had an incredible stay at this home…
We had an incredible stay at this home in Hilton Head! We had a group of over 20 people, and the house was more than spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable. There was plenty of room to gather together, but also enough space to spread out and relax when we wanted some space.
The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a large group. It made our vacation easy and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a large home that comfortably accommodates a big group, I highly recommend this property. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Great customer service and communication. Spacious house, great location. Our kids loved the private pool. The fire pit was great for making s'mores every night and relaxing outdoors. Will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Perfect family spot
The location was great. Very short walk to all the activities. The unit itself was clean, spacious, had everything we needed. It was also quiet, which is far better than the ones up by downtown. The private parking and locked gates adds a nice luxury and safety feature. The hosts were responsive. All in all it was great and we'll want to stay there again.

Great Lakefront Retreat
Everything from the app. to manage the booking, the communications via text during the stay, to the ease of instructions for check-in/check-out, opened my eyes to what other properties Avantstay may offer. Laker's Pointe was a great property - we liked the direct access to the lake. The grill was super clean, the hot tub was easy to use and the indoor space was inviting. Kids loves the game room and our dog enjoyed the vacation maybe more than anyone. Lots of animals visit the property as well, and the fishing was fantastic. Minor issues - basement fridge not working, kitchen not as equipped with enough dishware - were easy to overlook as we enjoyed everything else.
I do recommend swapping out the 2nd King bed for double bunks/trundle to better accommodate those with several kids. Overall a great time.

Beach Home away from Home
We felt right at home during our vacation in Newport Beach CA. Steps from our own special beach we stayed in our well stocked condo four nights. Walkable to The Fun Zone, plenty spacious living areas, and comfy beds for when our heads hit the pillow after long days adventuring in the SoCal sun. Bonus for easy access high chairs, beach balls, garage parking and laundry in the complex. Internet is spotty but wasn’t too much of an issue for us since we were off the grid on vacation. We will most certainly stay again.

Great stay at Avantstay at Belcourt
I had a great stay at Avantstay at Belcourt. The studio is very nice liveable space. I really liked the walk-in closet especially nice for two people who overpack.Also having the balcony was very nice touch. The balcony was especially nice at night overlooking the city.Last but not least the studio was clean. The Avantstay team was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.The only issue I had with my stay is the outrageous parking fees,but their not connected with the facilities. I would def stay here again.

Deceptive Business Practices
Deceptive Business Practices: AvantStay Manipulates Bank Data Fields to Defraud Customers
Avoid renting any property managed by AvantStay, Inc. They are a deeply unethical corporate entity. Following a severe, documented material breach of contract at one of their luxury properties (where they sold a premium booking with explicitly marketed amenities they had already quietly sold off weeks prior), their localized management explicitly admitted to the bait-and-switch in writing via text message.
Instead of executing a fair resolution, their corporate support team attempted to force a minor, non-consensual token credit. When we exercised our consumer rights to open a standard billing dispute with our card issuer, AvantStay retaliated by submitting a fraudulent representment file to the bank. They deliberately entered a corrupted data string—claiming an impossible $50,700.00 refund on a $3,282.05 total transaction balance—solely to trick the bank’s automated processing bots into prematurely shutting down the dispute.
This intentional data manipulation triggered a severe automated glitch on our account statement, resulting in an illegal double clawback of funds that even AvantStay openly conceded they had surrendered. A formal regulatory complaint has been filed and accepted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) under Complaint ID 260714-35492145 to investigate their processing manipulation. Do not trust this company with your credit card or your vacation plans. They will manipulate financial networks to trap your money.

Great cabin
Great cabin. Took my parents for the first time and they loved it. We’re close enough to all the attractions and restaurants, yet was able to unwind at the end of the day with the hot tub and pool table. Clean, neat aesthetic and was truly a nice cabin. Open, bright, just beautiful.
