Great cabin. Took my parents for the first time and they loved it. We’re close enough to all the attractions and restaurants, yet was able to unwind at the end of the day with the hot tub and pool table. Clean, neat aesthetic and was truly a nice cabin. Open, bright, just beautiful.

Our experience at Grand Vista is one that we will remember forever! The views were simply breathtaking. We could see the fireworks from Dollywood which were spectacular. The cabin was spacious with plenty of room for our family to have a place to go and relax, but also cozy where we could spend time together as a family as well. The pool and hot tub were a big hit for everyone as well. I 10/10 recommend Grand Vista for a getaway!

The house is exactly as advertised, very clean. All the little amenities were great. The staff is very responsive to any need immediately. Great house!

We have booked a beach house with AvantStay the last 4 years because this company truly works hard to ensure our stays are worry free! Each email or text is answered immediately. Any problem that may arise is taken care of quickly. The properties are exactly as pictured and described.No unpleasant hidden surprises! The outside facilities are also clean and pools and outdoor showers are well kept. We will continue to use AvantStay for our yearly trips to Isle of Palms.

More crowded than it looks. Not much bigger than hotel with squeezed in kitchen. Could be cleaner. Only 2 sets of towels for stay, no laundry. Don’t mind using towels twice but 4 days? Great location for groceries and hop on hop off trolley so did not need to use car.

I will never book anything with AvantStay ever again.

I booked a property through AirBnB that was managed by AvantStay. On the AirBnB listing, it said that pets were allowed. On the day we were supposed to stay at our listing, we were informed by an AvantStay representative that no pets were allowed on the property and that we had to cancel our listing. They then kept our money and would not refund us thousands of dollars for a service we never received. Deceptive advertising, would never use them again.

Update: AvantStay has flagged this review as "defamatory." There's nothing "defamatory" about the truth. They don't care about their customers. Their action to flag my review only further prove their deceptive methods.

Avant stay makes it easy to reserve your vacation rental. When I had a question I called and the staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. I also received messages throughout my stay to ensure they are available if I had any questions or concerns. Great pricing and wide variety of houses to choose from. Thank you

My husband and I stayed at the AvantStay property, Pelican’s Porch, in Port Aransas from June 26-30,2026. The property was in terrible shape. The game room was flooded and moldy smelling due to a malfunctioning swamp cooler, two barbecue grills were rusted through and the outside porch and dining tables were filthy. The worst part of the stay was the unit reeked of cigarette smoke from the apparent smoker who stayed in the unit before us. The cleaning staff had to have known and communicated the condition of the unit to the company, but they did not warn us, find a new location or cancel our stay. We communicated with both the local office, Sway, and the international office immediately after arriving, but they were unable/unwilling to provide other accommodations and did not offer to refund the $3600 we paid in advance. We made attempts to find other accommodations in the area although we risked losing our money, but none were available who accepted pets. We could have made the 4 hour drive home, but had family meeting us there and did not want to miss out on time spent with them. We did ask for someone to come change the a/c filter only to find there was not a filter in the unit. Throughout our stay the company apologized both in calls and through texts and stated multiple times we would be compensated for the inconvenience. At the end of our stay, AdvantStay offered $400 and then $600 after we protested that was not enough for our inconvenience. And yes, we took pictures and videos we forwarded to them. The final figure was certainly not enough. Looking back, we should have left and forfeited our money because the smoke was a risk to our health and permeated all our belongings. We joined the AvantStay membership prior to our stay for additional concierge services and cancelled today, another $150 expense. Never again!
I was contacted on July 16, 2026, by AvantStay staff who offered more money if I would delete this review. I refused as I felt it was important as it might prevent others from having the same awful experience. They did refund the membership fee for AvantStay because obviously I won’t be staying with them again.

The home was absolutely beautiful and couldn’t have been better for our large multi-generational family. The location was also perfect for all lake activities! Everything from the booking to on going communication with AvantStay representatives was superb! I would definitely use them again for my next stay in Lake Norman!

Great company to rent with, especially compared to VRBO. They were very fast at responses (before and during the stay). will be renting with them again.

Despite the freezer not working and still not working after maintenance came to fix it, the stay was well worth it. My family really enjoyed it and there is plenty to do in the house that we didn’t need to go anywhere. Accessing the home was simple and easy. Spacious and very comfortable. Almost too big for us.

The location was prefect in proximity to the friends we were visiting. The ability to come back to a fully functional residence made the trip easy on the whole family. Full Landry kitchen and a place for the kids to relax was appreciated by all. The hot tub was an added bonus.

The house was beautiful, nicely stocked, and conveniently located to the beach and Publix!
The wifi connection was not good - which understand if you’re at the beach, you should disconnect but we had someone who needed to do some work and someone who needed to do some schoolwork. I would definitely rent there again!

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay relaxing and stress-free.

The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and perfect for spending time with family. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and private.

Our host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Palm Springs. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Everything was great. The host was accomodating and the rental was excellent. It was advertised very accurately. We had a great experience.

Recently stayed at a the Bellview property at Carillon Beach FL. Upon arrival we noticed bed broken in 3rd floor room to the extent of having to push bed together and carefully sleep in it, 3rd floor bathtub was not usable do it not draining dirty water backing back into the tub, out door grill was unusable, floors were not clean, door to oven had been broken and came apart while cooking with a 450°over and no hot pads. Doors handles were broken, ping-pong table was broken, pocket door did not stay shut to 1st floor bathroom. I have decided to look at other sight reviews for this property and found out that many of the things I brought to their attention had been complained about before.

Communication from AvantStay was spot on. We were constantly contacted via email or text prior to arrival, during and after They even apologized during o ur stay for the leaves not getting cleaned out from the pool but had scheduled the pool man to quickly remedy after we left. It was no big deal because we just used the provided pool net cleaner to scoop it out. It was a bummer that we weren’t honored our request for leniency on heating the pool due to the unseasonably cold weather during our stay (lows in 50s with highs in low 70s). But our group still enjoyed the pool with occasional warming up in the nearby spa. I also addressed minor problems we discovered during our stay & local team offered to remedy on our last night of a 3 night stay. But we already managed around it that it was not necessary & can fix after we checked out. The grounds was super large and convenient for having the nearby casita for a family th at wanted the quiet away from the main house for their young kids to swim. The advertised lake on the property could give more loving too as it was infested with lots of algae and overgrown bushes. But we weren’t back there that much and he front of the house had better picture sceneries for family/group photos. The rooms were all spacious for what we needed for our large party. The 4 bathrooms in the main house was spot on because no one was ever needing to wait for an empty bathroom as 1 was always available. We love booking from AvantStay for the beautiful properties and service. We will surely use them for the future.

Avantstay was friendly, had great communication, and were easy to work with. They responded quickly to a problem with our AC.

This company was a great host. The property was in a great, easily walkable area. Near many restaurants, activities, and the free gondola. The condo was clean, and many amenities were included like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, soap, fans, noise machine, etc. My only complaint is it was crammed for 5 of us, but that isn't the fault of the host. I wouldn't recommend staying if you have more than 4 guests. Otherwise, great, clean property in a wonderful location!
