Great stay
This company was a great host. The property was in a great, easily walkable area. Near many restaurants, activities, and the free gondola. The condo was clean, and many amenities were included like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, soap, fans, noise machine, etc. My only complaint is it was crammed for 5 of us, but that isn't the fault of the host. I wouldn't recommend staying if you have more than 4 guests. Otherwise, great, clean property in a wonderful location!

Amazing property and property management! Definitely would stay here again and already recommended it!
Property fully matched description; in fact it was better than we hoped for. Reached out to us ahead of time so we had all of our necessary info for checking in before we headed to the property. Checked in on us once we got settled. Having a kitchen that was actually fully stocked with enough dishes, glasses, silverware and cook ware for 12 people was a huge plus! I’m already looking into another one of their properties for our same trip next summer.

Getaway weekend
Great location with plenty to do in Germantown and a short uber ride to Broadway. If you like to explore plenty of bars to hit on a walk to Broadway.

Great stay
The house was clean and pretty well maintained. I liked that the pool was serviced while we were there. There were plenty of towels. Communication was easy and appreciated working with a rental company I’ve used before.

Beautiful views of the ocean
Beautiful views of the ocean. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent location. The elevator made it very easy to take things up and down. The apartment was great for one of the family members with a small child.
Excellent communication via text while we were there, checking to make sure all was going well. We’d stay here again.

We rented Copperhead by AvantStay
We rented Copperhead by AvantStay, Sevierville,TN. The place is showing its age and neglect. Several important amenities were broken and we couldn’t use them. The washer broke on the first use, the hot tub had 1/2 of the jets not working, and the light over the stove was out, leaving you to cook facing a dark wall.
Many pieces of furniture are now rusted, warped, well worn and having broken support pieces. Be careful where you sit. Bare legs were uncomfortable on the rusted out furniture now in the pool room. Not the ones pictured. Some of the furniture is the one in the pictures just older and neglected.
We wasted hours of our family vacation with emails, texts and calls to AvantStay to get assistance. They claim the important items will be fixed next week. (After we leave!). There were safety issues a broken pool child access lock (they did fix this) and broken door frame with exposed nails and fractured wood (not fixed). We found 2 nails in the bottom of the pool. Their maintenance person left our home unlocked when they came to the home. One of the outside access codes to enter the house was very obvious and not changed between guests. We felt this was very insecure.
The home holds 16 people, we had 14. It is under stocked. Only 1 bath towel per person. 2 kitchen towels. There were 11 dinner forks, 7 teaspoons, 9 dessert forks, 9 larger spoons and 16 knives. That meant we never had enough silverware to serve the family at once. We had 2 (worn out) 8 inch fry pans. Nothing larger. (They did deliver 2 nice sized fry pans, this was great).
There were no hot pads and only the 2 kitchen towels so my daughter burnt a finger using the wet towel as a hot pad.
12 pool towels were supposed to be enough for the 14 of us. Maybe it would have worked if we had a functioning wash machine. We had to use the laundromat 20 minutes away.
The night before we left they did deliver hot pads and some new kitchen towels but we had the broken washer and could not wash them prior to use (as stated on them to get the chemical residue off).
This home has so much potential but it has not been maintained. The furniture should be replaced. The refrigerator pictured has been replaced by a smaller and cheaper one, with barely enough space. The view is great. The decks are great but in need of new furniture. The dining table on the main deck has a large rust spot on one side and slopes down in the middle. The hot tub would be great if the jets worked.
The $700 to heat an indoor pool for 4 days was outrageous. The temperature wasn’t warm enough for most of the adults to enjoy it. AvantStay said it was the correct temperature. It couldn’t have been even 80 degrees.
The location is great, the house itself worked perfectly for our family bedroom wise. But it isn’t an upscale rental in it’s current condition. It is not worth the $6500 we paid for the 4 day usage. (We did receive $716 back from them for lack of use of the amenities this wasn’t enough).
Be careful what you get with them, this home is neglected.

This is our 2nd stay at Shoreline and…
This is our 2nd stay at Shoreline and it was very nicely updated and the location is AMAZING. The home was well stocked with essentials and kitchen gear and it’s only about 2.0 miles to a supermarket (Ralph’s/Kroeger) so the convenience is fabulous. The only problem we encountered was the age and poor function of the washer. Would love to do it again but the pricing is prohibitively high.

Great repeat beach experience
The company was easy to deal with for our stay at 3902 Palm Blvd on IOP. This is the 4th year we have stayed in this house—my children, grandchildren, and one or two sisters for part of the week. The house is clean and comfortable, and well located on the front beach. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the elevator makes moving in and out super easy. Lots of parking is definitely a plus.
It seemed the downstairs AC couldn’t keep up at times, but that’s the only big drawback.

Beautiful location
Beautiful location! Best scene right in the backyard. Cabin had everything we needed and very well maintained. Not too far from activities, stores and restaurants. Some areas were pretty steep going up the mountain to the cabin but we were okay with our 4x4. We all had a great time in and out the cabin. We even saw a bear with a cub one early morning in the back! We would absolutely love to return.
