Your engineer arrived at 10:30 which I was pleased with. He has been here before. Very pleasant man who did thorough check and replaced batteries.
I’m also grateful to Elizabeth Doyle for bringing my maintenance check date forward after being very disappointed with the first date I was given. My usual visit is in July and I wasn’t happy with being given October.

I’m very disappointed with Banham’s alarm system maintenance
I’m very disappointed with Banham’s annual burglar-alarm maintenance contract. It is expensive, yet the annual visits have not given me confidence that the system is being properly checked.
On previous visits, the technicians appeared inexperienced and told me that everything was working correctly, despite some motion detectors clearly not functioning. This year, no one contacted me to arrange the annual maintenance visit at all, but I have now been asked to pay £200 to renew the contract.
For the price charged, I would expect a thorough inspection, prompt scheduling of the agreed annual visit, and proper investigation of any faults. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
