Great service staff quick to reply to my email enquiries and very helpful on the phone when placing my order parts arrived quickly as told by sales team and when they arrived they were well packed and top quality would highly recommend this retailer and will 100% use again on my next project

I had a problem with a manufacturing defect on a draw in a bathroom vanity unit, which occurred a few days short of a year after purchase but only after 6 months use (there was a lengthy delay with installation). On the same day that I contacted Bathroom Discount Centre about this they had contacted the manufacturer for me who has agreed to supply a replacement.

Straightforward service with attentative delivery staff. I was kept informed throughout the purchase about the flush unit I had bought, where it was, and the best way to get it delivered.

We had a very positive experience with Bathroom Discount Centre from start to finish. The salesperson Derrick took his time to help me with choosing all of the fixtures for our new loft en-suite. Chantal provided excellent after-sale customer service support which reinforced that we made the right choice going to them.

Incredible service full-spot !! A massive thanks to the After-Sales team (Chantel and Barry). We renovated our house in 2014 and sourced all 4 bathrooms from BathDisc. They are still providing the same high quality of service 9 year on. The After-sales team have helped source replacement parts etc. throughout and offer advice, etc. I never write reviews but made an exception here. Absolutely Outstanding!!!

Awful - avoid!
Ordered and paid for matching tap and shower, and arranged to collect from their Fulham showroom. This was originally scheduled for Wednesday, then we were told it may now be Friday. Then we were contacted and told actually the price for each item was wrong and we need to pay nearly double!!
We decided we’d rather have a refund, which hasn’t yet come through, and we are now being chased to confirm when we are picking them up and warning us of a 25% charge if we cancel.
We’ve now wasted time chasing this company around, and our project is delayed. I honestly have no idea how there can be so many positive reviews of this company.

One item arrived slightly damaged but Barry sorted out a replacement straight away.
Also had to return a toilet seat which a client ordered by mistake, this process was very easy and the refund processed very quickly

When I asked for an expedited delivery Sarah@Bathroom Discount Centre was more than accommodating. Product arrived on the date specified. Fantastic experience and would use them again.

This is a good site to buy Burlington bathroom ware. It is easy to use, pricing is good. The items took around a week to arrive, which was fine. I received emails advising the status of my order, which was helpful. I will buy from them again.
