almost gave up on my new bathroom as I couldn’t make a decision on what to choose, there was so much to look at!
Then I met lovely Jacob, who explained everything, helped me choose the right products and put it all together seamlessly, putting up with my dithering along the way!
An exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and personable young man, I would have no hesitation in recommending him or the company to anyone.
Now I just have to get my fitter to commit to a date, wish that was half as easy!
Customer service received is above and beyond all expectations!

I previously wrote a review but for some reason I cannot edit it so here is an update. We have recently had a very a really positive experience with the the general manager on after sale. My previous review highlighted all the concerns we had with the quality of the products. Some of it was wear and tear but we did have some broken elements. The GM contacted us and after we explained each issue he actually managed to resolve them for us and event sent us the spare parts we needed for free. This was excellent service recovery and we are now looking to purchase a new unit from this company. Our faith in customer service has been restored.

I was very impressed by the BathroomsbyDesign in Fulham - The team and particularly Nina was very approachable, honest and knowledgeable in advising
and selecting items that I needed for my whole bathrooms. She was patient and listened carefully to my needs and the way she presented me the bathroom design was incredibly professional. She went to extra miles in at many different stage of the projects and
this was really a bonus as I was having a really stressful and busy time during the project. Thank you very much for you help Nina and assistance. I love your products and I will surely be a loyal customer!

Excellent after sales service. Mohammad was extremely helpful in arranging for a replacement part for an order that was placed over ten years ago.

Mohammad dealt with my faulty part politely and promptly. I am not even sure the issue was "fault" related or simply a bad installation by the plumber. Either way, a free replacement item was received the following day without complaint.

The design process was really thorough and they had so much patience if we changed our mind! The after sale service, was also fantastic when I needed product information. All-in-all, a great experience and very good value, from start to finish.

Very impressed with the service. Jacob Dean was excellent. The price was also cheaper than I found outside. Can’t recommend their service highly enough. Jacob sorted everything out and the builder liaised with him directly. They took the stress away!

We replaced all the bathrooms in the house and the service provided by Chris Argles was excellent; we were not the easiest of customers, changing our minds regularly but he was patient and very professional. We are very happy with the finished bathroom and shower rooms and while we have had some minor issues he has responded very quickly and sorted them. I have no hesitation in recommending Bathrooms by Design and Chris in particular.

Bathrooms By Design were excellent - their design services were extremely helpful for visualising our design and Jacob gave us great advice on how to make best use of our space both in terms of look and functionality. Really lovely, high quality products as well, and very responsive when we had a problem with one of the products.

Same as all 1-star reviews, and a bit skechy that the owner has only replied to the "glowing" reviews. The sales team is great, always available before they take your money. After that it's downhill. Missing items from delivery, the after sales team posted items out but put a wrong postcode (and therefore could not be delivered) resulting in a stalled project. I called back and they said they would post another out- but they gave a non-existent tracking number. I called back 20mins before their closing time and there was no answer..... total nightmare. I will have to drive to Brentford to collect the item myself as that will be quicker. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and go elsewhere.

I’ve had two bathrooms from them, both excellent. We mislaid a vital part and despite it being 3 months after delivery it was replaced immediately and free of charge. A special thanks to Saida and her manager for sorting this out so courteously for me.

The team at BathroomsByDesign have been amazing - end-to-end from initial contact to after care. The level of digitisation of the "bathroom journey" with their own software has been impressive, especially in combination with the physical samples in the showroom and the VR app on your phone.
Combined with the human touch of Chris A on the design side and Saida M for service, the customer experience has been world class. Even though my own builders caused a bit of chaos, Saida was always responsive and quick to find a solution.
And of course, the products are top notch as well.
Highly recommended.

In the last few years, Bathrooms by Design have equipped two shower rooms and this month, have done a full bathroom redesign for us. The reason we've used them three times is that they are an excellent company, with helpful, professional staff - from the bathroom designer to the people working in the office and warehouse. We highly recommend them.

The whole team, design, sales, logistics and costumer service are very experienced, flexible supportive and friendly. The product choice is very good; good quality and design. We bought 2 bathrooms and everything was on time and with no issues. We would highly recomend Bathroom by Design!

BathroomsbyDesign was recommended to us as a good place to go for our new bathroom.Chris in sales at the Richmond showroom gave us great advice and his understanding and expertise has helped us make the most of the small space we had available. He was very patient and helpful and made the process much less stressful than it might have been. We would highly recommend their services - we have another bathroom to do in the near future and will definitely be going back.

We have used Bathroombydesigns on several of our projects, both inner and outer London and we have always found Nina Dhanani and her team at the Fulham Branch to be highly professional and a delight to interact with. We would recommend Nina's team to anybody in the West London area who is considering remodelling their property.

Thank you Roxanne for the amazing bathroom you designed for me. Great buying experience from the VR Design App to the viewing of some fixtures/fittings in store. She has now designed 4 fantastic bathrooms for my family.

Mo from Aftersales was always very helpful and quickly resolved any missing/faulty parts!
