First class service in every way.. professional, polite & great value for money

Huge thank you to Jason for his expertise in assisting with the purchase of my Tag Heuer watch. Great customer service and would highly recommend a visit to the Cheltenham store if you are looking to purchase a high end watch…you won’t be disappointed.

I use Beards to get my Brietling watch battery changed and as a family we have bought various items of jewellery from them in the past. Well priced, great staff and fantastic service. Today i picked up my watch post service and was hosted by @Vicky.dewbery who was outstanding. Her support and service plus her friendly manner enabled a fantastic engagement with my wife and I. This approach and service led to me parting with a significant sum of money for a fantastic bespoke ring for my wife (I didn’t feel any pain at all!) which she loves. The attention and patience shown and the no pressure approach to a sale enabled us to be relaxed and enjoy the experience. I recommend Vicky and the team should you be considering Service, quality and price for gives for your loved one!!!

I FOUND THEM HONEST AND UPFRONT ABOUT PRICE ETC. I NEEDED A PACKAGE TO BE SENT TO ME ON THE 25th, TRUE TO THERE WORD A PACKAGE ARRIVE BEAUTIFULLY WRAPPED, MY WIFES BIRTHDAY SHE WAS VERY TAKEN ABACK BY THE PACKAGING, THANK YOU ALL AT BEARDS I WILL BE USING YOU AGAIN.

I tried to buy a watch that I’d had my eye on for a while. Sadly, I took too long and having made the decision to purchase over a weekend, when I got in touch via the internet to place the order, the watch had been sold in-store the previous Saturday. I was disappointed but Beards offered to place an order with the manufacturer and honour the quoted price. Due to supply chain issues, this order took 3 very long months to arrive. But throughout the process, Beards were excellent. I was in contact with Yui and cannot fault the communication - dealing with my constant requests for updates must have been a chore but were all handled extremely professionally. Finally, the day came and my new watch arrived fresh from the factory. I’d recommend this family run company - not only for their great price and customer service, but because they genuinely seem to care. All my interactions took place online, but I’d imagine if you were able to visit in-store, this genuine care would become even more evident.

My first visit to Beards in Cheltenham, took my Omega Seamaster watch in for repair, service and clean. Omg when i collected it, i couldn't believe my eyes no word of a lie it was awesome, it was like a brand new watch, gleaming and polished to a very high standard. I couldnt fault the service i received from the staff, much appreciated. My big thank you goes to Simon the Omega man Top Guy. A very happy customer.🙂

Time taken to reach out to see if we needed some links in the watch bracelet removing before dispatch, time from order to arrival was less than 24hrs - just brilliant customer service.

I ordered a new watch on Sunday evening and had an email on the Monday morning asking if the watch needed to be adjusted for wrist size.
On Tuesday morning a large box arrived and inside was a wrapped box with ribbon on it with my watch inside - fantastic presentation.
I also received a hand written message from Yui thanking me for my business and hoped I enjoyed the watch.

Speedy, friendly and professional response to a number of questions. Ordered a watch online and emailed separately to ask that the bracelet be sized to fit. Had an immediate reply to 'no problem' and the watch arrived the next day. Nicely presented packaging was a great touch and personalised note with it too. Fantastic.

Ordered what I wanted and received it when they said it was going to be delivered, watch is as it should be. Everything was how it should be.
