I would like to thank Nigel for his customer service support for the purchase of my watch. The whole transaction was dealt with smoothly from start to finish. Nigel reached out to me before dispatching the watch to confirm size dimension of the watch and advised of alternative boutiques I could go to if any trouble which I greatly appreciated. The delivery of the watch was also on time.

I purchased an Omega Seamaster online and dealt with a delightful Beards representative named Yui. She provided flawless service and an excellent customer experience. All the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the products but I was particularly impressed with Yui’s professionalism and attention to detail. She went above and beyond, ensuring that I was informed throughout the purchasing process. When I received the watch it was securely packaged and beautifully presented. The overall experience was amazing and I will definitely use Beards for future purchases.

Great service. Ordered after hours Friday. Received email straight away to say watch would be posted Monday and another email asking if watch strap links needed removing. Watch arrived Tuesday beautifully packaged. My boyfriend loved his watch

Excellent service . Bought a Longines watch online and received an email at once asking if I'd like it custom fitted . This was speedily done and I received the watch by 1pm next day perfectly fitted.

Great service. Communication from Yui was good from when I paid, they helped me to measure my wrist so the strap was already adjusted perfectly when it arrived. The watch was beautifully packaged and was exciting to open. Happy to recommend.

2 weeks ago I went in to buy the Omega Seamaster Professional. Jason looked after me during my visit, I’ve dealt with him a few times when I have been in and he has always looked after me. His knowledge of the watch, the brand and the watch industry in general is great! We talked about the old ref Omegas and how they have increased in value over the years and how Omega is becoming a solid investment! Love the watch too! A massive improvement on the previous generation seamaster! Thanks again!
