The service received was exceptional. The gentlemen who I spoke to, Nigel, provided fantastic customer service and answered all of my questions. He even added a great personal touch to the delivery which was very thoughtful. I will definitely be recommending Beards to friends and family. Extremely impressed by the very swift and smooth processing of my order. I got in touch with Nigel from Beards…
I got in touch with Nigel from Beards asking him about an Omega Speedmaster sapphire watch. The watch was out of stock, and I enquired about getting it on a very short lead time so as to receive it as a personal gift for my 30th birthday. Nigel did his outmost to meet my requirements, answer any of my queries and kept me up to date on a regular basis with my order progress.
Not only did he manage to deliver it earlier than expected, he also arranged for the bracelet to be adjusted to fit my wrist! Excellent service all around! I will be using Beards for any future purchases and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar purchase!
