Sadly can't give zero stars...
Appalling service and they completely mis-sold to me. You DO NOT end up with a dedicated account manager! You get disconnected randomly, can't get support when things go wrong (which is all the time), and you get completely ignored and have to take legal action to get anyone to listen.
They will blame "Plan.com" who will then ignore you. If you do get hold of someone, they'll blame O2. If you contact O2, you discover that you don't actually have a contract with them and they can't assist!
I'm now stuck with a broken handset, appalling signal (when it was working), and no way of getting my phone number back.
As this is a business line, this is seriously impacting ability to trade, and I'm having to complain to OFCOM to try and get this resolved.
I've been requesting a PAC code for months and they refuse to send one. They have now asked me to log into the website, but to do this I need 2FA on my mobile which no longer works! I can't use a different handset because they refuse to issue a PAC to port my number across!
Absolute cowboys who just pass the buck backwards and forwards and blame "Plan" (whoever they are - certainly not the company I originally dealt with and signed up with!).
You will not save money using this outfit. You'll end up with more stress and use up any small savings chasing them through the courts.
I'd recommend going straight to one of the four UK mobile phone operators instead, as they can't hide behind other companies and are directly accountable to the Ombudsman if anything goes awry.
