I order Click & Collect in an hour
I order Click & Collect in an hour, More than two hour no massage even after two hour, call to Office , staff said you will not received Massage , come and collect the order.
when i was on Chadwick, order wasn't ready, Reception staff said , we don't have this order in system, and send me to other desk,
Guys found the order from system and said go in yard to get your stuff, I went in yard and guys in yard running forklift said , go and pick your stuff from very end on back. what kind of click & collect order, staff wasn't help full.
after i load my order myself in car and left the site, i received massage your order is ready to collect. Wahooo what kind of customer service chadwicks have it

I chose to order and pay online and…
I chose to order and pay online and collect from the store ( Sandyford). There is no separate counter or facility or directions for click & collect. You have to queue up like everyone else. Screwfix has a separate counter, means you avoid the queue if you have pre-paid.

Delayed customer
I received a message to say my order was ready for collection. (Click and collect) When I went to collect it, it wasn't ready. The material handler (who was helpful) got the click and collect reference, then disappeared, and arrived back with a printed document. He then got into the forklift to pick the order. Only that it was early Saturday morning, the delay would have been much longer. Approx 25 minutes total.

Ordered all components to build small composite deck ( approx 11sq m) on line. Good communication from Chadwick’s about delivery. Reasonable delivery price for what was delivered. Products all good quality. A few bits left over which was no hassle to return and get a refund. Team in Navan very helpful with a shout out to Luke behind counter and lads in yard who were very accommodating.

Excellent online tracking for which stores have what you are looking for!
I urgently needed a product to complete a job. It wasn't available in my local store. Using Chadwicks store tracker I was able to find it in another store. I had it on site in a couple of hours after reserving and collecting it. Job done. Nice one Chadwicks!

I received everything but it arrived late
I received everything I ordered but it was a couple of days later than I needed it to be delivered, so I couldn't complete the project in the time allowed.
