THIS IS A SCAM!
Absolutely appalling - SCAM ALERT!! We purchased tickets and paid to be called the next day and told we had no baggage - 1. The airline chosen does not issue any international flights without baggage. 2. Cheapflyshops terms and conditions state 'you can refuse their offer and they will issue your tickets'. The customer service officer would not let me accept the original purchase and told me I had to call back. I called back this time with assistance, to be told tickets have been issued and we will receive email shortly. No email received. 48 hours later we emailed and called with no response. Eventually we called and advised that we would seek immediate cancellation of transaction due to failure to supply purchased goods and services and as they were holding our funds (and the bank confirmed that the money had left our account) we have lodged an immediate charge back dispute allowing us to book elsewhere as it is fraudulent activity. This then led to an email advising "as discussed we have cancelled your booking and voided the transaction" - oddly enough the bank have yet to receive the voided notification so we still have not received our money back! DO NOT BOOK USING THIS SERVICE. We could even hear someone in the background the first time we called saying the same script about no baggage.....

It is a scam...big no..dont fall for this..after booking they will say your ticket is pending or confirmation till 2 weeks than no luggage will be added on return flight..than your flight is not available than pay more..still nothing..it will be a nightmare
