The only reason I rate this a 4 star is because I feel like this should be something that I can do on my end to where I do not need to reach out to customer support.

Data scammers
No payroll information included with payment. No amount of online assistance made it possible to see any detail regarding the payment. Demanded I link my bank account, and still got nothing. Now they have all my banking info and provide zero services. Will have to change my log in information and inform my clients that I will no longer accept payments through checkbook. Data scammers is all they are.
Update - checkbook reached out and stated that the details would be coming, that the check deposit was still too fresh. It was deposited 24 days ago.... Guess I'll stick to my assessment for now.

Frank was great to work with. He took the time to troubleshoot my issue and was able to help me out. The notary company that I was waiting for payment from wouldn't help me at all and Frank was able to solve my problems in less than 10 minutes. Class act!!!

W. Cooley is the best he's professional and knowledgeable about the product. Very understanding and listens to what the customer is really looking for. Ask all the right questions. He just made me feel that he wasn't in it for the money or to make a sale but really cared about my company. If I could get him away from Checkbooks I would hire him in a heartbeat. W. Batch payments made (really) easy
I needed to pay 150 people for a large project. Charlie from Sales and John from Support made starting up and getting our people paid seamless. We were able to email everyone a secure link where they entered their own direct deposit info. We're very happy with how things turned out and so are our contractors.
