Clear Amber Reviews

This is the second time I have used this company, the first time was to purchase some Child safety panels for my Greenhouse. The materials really are so superior to the standard plastics I have used previously. In this instance I purchase the storm proof corrugated plastic roofing to replace an existing on my large potting shed. Again the whole experience has been seamless and the product is far better than similar products sold by your local builders merchants with no real cost increase. Delivery was within the relatively short window provided and packaging as usual was second to none.

Outstanding customer service! The website was extremely easy to navigate, and we received our items within a few days. Delivery was prompt and driver courteous. We ordered several large polycarbonate panels. They were packaged with care yet still very easy to maneuver upon delivery. Quality product which has completed our project. Will definitely use Clear Amber in the future.

Great company to deal with, good product range and free cutting to size , postage is a little steep but well worth it for the pice of the product and the speedy delivery

Perfect size. Passed over the size I wanted. With their cut to your own size. It came back absolutely perfect fit without any issues at all.
Couldn't ask for anything better than that.
No hassle for them to cut it to the perfect size I wanted.
Fantastic, keep up the great work.

La marchandise est arrivée dans les délais .Livreur super sympa pris le temps de vérifier.Petit soucis il manquais deux pièces pour la goutiere mais suite au mail pour pièce manquante et arrivé par livreur GLS.
Je recommande le site

Good quality product at a reasonable price which was delivered on time by a friendly and helpful driver.
Thanks Tom.

Assez mécontent, le site met en avant une livraison rapide.
Dans mon cas délai de livraison annoncé entre 5 et 9 jours. Ça me convenait.

Excellent support to make sure I chose the correct items for my roofing project. Items were delivered quickly and were all excellent quality. The online support on how to install was also very useful. Can't speak highly enough of the end to end experience.

Great experience,

All items arrived in time and all in great condition.

Will definitely recommend and order from here again.

Thank you

My delivery was on time no problem with the order

Great packaging, no scratches, great quality, delivery was nice and early exactly what I ask for.

Stormproof corrugated sheets ordered and delivered on time. They were delivered well packaged and in good condition. I found them to be far superior to previous sheets I have bought from the big diy chains. Would definitely buy again.

Materials not delivered in fully! N chasing since 3 hours with chat but no one response! At least no giving a call to check! Also they not giving their number! It very annoying

Excellent product, prompt delivery easy to install, great customer service would recommend

Apart from a missing item in my order, which was instantly rectified, thanks to the amazing and helpful customer service team. Add to this, they were the cheapest I could find, and trust me I looked, and the quality of the materials is fantastic. An all round positive experience.

I have received one item out of 4. It's almost impossible to contact the seller. Very very bad experience.

For over a week, I have been struggling to get a straight answer from Clear Amber about why they sent me a giant box with six individual, flimsy foam roof fillers tangled in sticky tape, instead of the SIX packs of FOUR each foam fillers that I paid over £60 for. They have no email address. They have no phone number. When I request emails to confirm they are working on sending the fillers, to confirm the date of lading, to confirm an estimated delivery, I get a LINK to a page where you have to choose the cause of your dismay, that then, potentially, takes you to a chat where a random message claiming to be *real human beings* testifies that this chat definitely counts as confirmation. I don't know how they do things in France, but that is not legal proof in the UK, whereas an email is. So it is extremely dodgy that they refuse to put in writing how they will fix this problem.

Terrible customer service.

Always later delivery!!

The Service, product, value & delivery was exceptionally good. All 10 out of 10!!!

Top quality sheets at a great price, which were delivered the next day. Highly recommended and would buy again. A1
