Air shotpro
It was advertised as having the volumiser attachments as a free gift with the airshot pro but was given a brush and a comb instead. This is disappointing as this was one of the reasons I brought it when I did. Won’t buy from them again.

Beth in customer support was outstanding when I emailed requiring additional information for the dimensions of the New Hot Air Brush that were not stated in the specifications. It was that very action of supplying what was requested which was important in the decision making to purchase this product that sealed the order. I now own the New Hot Air Brush and absolutely love it, I have very fine hair and it has given me the volume that was promised in the marketing! I'm one happy customer, thank you Cloud Nine.

Why did I wait so long!
Have been using GHDs for over 20 years and decided to retire my old tools and give Cloud Nine a go OMG what a difference, hair is sleeky and shiny and love being able to adjust the temperature. Very happy customer 😃

I have owned or tried a number of dupes from Dyson to Shark, you name it and NOTHING compares to the Cloud Nine Airshot. If you’ve been thinking on whether to get this or not, it is totally worth every cent because it actually holds the blow wave even on low heat settings. OBSESSED WITH THIS.
