Being a postmenopausal woman my hair…
Being a postmenopausal woman my hair had changed drastically and had a life of its own.
I have the original C9 straighteners & hair dryer, but they weren't able to contain my rebel hair.
The contouring original straightener & airshot dryer have honestly been a game changer.
I have had many compliments on my hair & I feel great.
I absolutely love them!!!!

Highly recommend!!!
I've been a GHD user for over 15 years, but finally decided to give the Cloud Nine straightener a try - and I'm so glad I did!
I honestly find it far superior to my GHD. The vibrating mode makes such a difference and has cut my straightening time down by at least half. My hair stays perfectly straight all day, even in humid or damp conditions, and it looks incredibly smooth and shiny.
Ordering online was so easy, and I was amazed when it arrived the very next morning.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone considering making the switch!

My product was replaced due to faulty…
My product was replaced due to faulty cable after 18 months of use. Comms were great. Item was replaced in 7 days which means, I was without a straightener for those times. Would’ve been excellent if they’ve thrown the freebie pack which was indicated in the order slip they sent.

Wide contour iron
I purchased the wide contour iron, to replace my old pair of cloud nines, that were 19 years old (which still work perfectly by the way). What an upgrade!
I have a shoulder length bob and my hairdresser uses these, perfect for waves, curls, or just straight. LOVE! Even though they are bigger they are lighter, so nice to use, and the soft heatproof bag they come with with be handy for travel. The only sad thing for me was that they then had a sale less than a week after I purchased them.
