It was great to have a replacement. New one is great.
However I didn't understand why they just continued with my old warranty when it is a brand new straightener
Also the courier service was not great. It took a week. Said it would be two days to leave package outside and it took a while. For someone who straightens hair a few tines a week. It took too long.

It was a hard decision to let go of g** but I am so happy I changed. My hair feels smoother and straighter without damage. They arrived so quickly and I was happy the warranty was already sorted for me.

Replacement ease
From start to finish your service is absolutely exceptional. No one likes to have an item that ends up with a fault, but it happens. And when it does happen with cloud nine the ease of replacement is just so simple and quick. Less than a week I had my replacement irons delivered to my door. Thank you so much
