I would of thought it would have more…
I would of thought it would have more pressure its not very strong and quite heavy but i thoroughly enjoy it. The buttons are where u hold it so turns off regularly if you not careful where you touch

No phone number for contacting supplier
Although the product is great, the lack of customer services support lets the product/site down. There is no phone number to make contact, only an email, which auto replies that it takes up to 48 hrs to get a response to the query. Not ideal once you have parted with a lot of money, and the packing team put the wrong address on the courier ticket. It was quite frustrating. If you could speak with someone I would give 5 stars, as the straighteners are great.

My hair straightener died after 2.5…
My hair straightener died after 2.5 years but it was still in the warranty period. The people at cloud nine were so helpful and the returns process was very easy. I had my straightener replaced in the end. Very happy with their customer service.

Ordering process was straight forward…
Ordering process was straight forward with quick dispatch and good communication. Courier company (NZ Couriers ) let things down a little bit with a 5 day delivery process.

Great! I have had GHD’s in the past, they lasted me 12 years. Then had silver bullets that stopped working after 4 years. Cloud 9’s have left my hair feeling soft and straight!! I love them 😊

Easy to purchase online. My parcel was attempted to be delivered but no one was at the office so the customer service person e-mailed me to ask me what to do. The straigtners were delivered successfully after that.

Great experience. The customer service was excellent throughout the process. I experienced a fault with my wide iron, which had been purchased over two years ago. The return process was smooth and hassle-free, and I received a replacement within a week. I’m very pleased with the outcome and the level of support provided.
