My last wide iron was malfunctioning and I got sent a replacement, the new one is amazing. The only downside was that the courier service they use is terrible

Trying out the cloud nine touch has seriously change my mind about purchasing any other hair straightener, my hair has never been so soft and shiny once I use cloud nine, And using the heat protection is so great on my hair, not once I've had any issues about my hair breaking. Good Quality and Fast to straighten my hair.
I wasn't expecting my products to come so quickly. Recommend the hair straightener and curler. Good quality. A couple glides to make hair straight. I have thick, curly hair. I got the wide straightener.

Warranty period is unreasonable…
The service was great in terms of getting my straightener fixed just think it’s really silly that my warranty is being continued from my broken straightener opposed to it being restarted with this new straightener…

I had brought the wideflat iron from…
I had brought the wideflat iron from Farmers and signed up for the warranty right away, lucky i did because it stopped working after a year (wouldnt heat past 150 ) but i had no other problems with it apart from that, i got in touch with cloud 9 about the issue and they promptly sent me a new one to replace the faulty one, so all was solved without any rigamarole. Not the first cloud9 product i have brought too btw, the last straightner i brought lasted 4 years so good lifespans on the products.
