Product feels like a cheap version of your previous wide straightener. Definitely feels like this will have faults especially with the “revive” mode which I find extremely annoying.. the free hair brush was also half the size of the previous one gifted. Product seems to be getting cheaper and smaller.. bring back the old wide version without all the unnecessary extras!

Delivery on the page states 1-2 days to north island but it took doble. 4 days and no tracking availability besides “product dispatched”. It was very difficult to get someone to check where the package was or why the delay was taking place.
